Alternatively, you can make some toast, spread on some marmite and top it off with tahini.
My Israeli friends eat it daily in stead of hummus : add a dash of lemon juice, olive oil, salt pepper and crushed garlic.
I sometimes make a dressing with tahini, garlic, shoyu, olive oil and lemon juice or rice wine vinegar. Lovely for an Oriental style coleslaw.
