I know alot of people find her whiny and a brat but there is something about her that has made her a firm favourite ( even if just to make the final 4) week after week, I always feel myself hoping she does well

I loved the way she shut jim down on several occasions and has been able to seperate herself from the b!tchiness of the other women and focus on trying to work with them

even if she doesnt win Susan has been a great contender, just IMO

Had a very strong ending to the show and never felt that she would be in Sir Lord Alun Sugar's firing line. But did contribute to a poor task.
Appeared to again be easily talked over and although the editors might have ascentuated it, I found her clinging on to the sombrero as her cultural knowledge of Mexico quite funny.
If her business experience holds up in the interviews has every chance of success and has appeared to have grown to some extent throughout the series.

I thought she came across as condescending and a bit of a know-all in the boardroom and in the car afterwards. That she has her own business, and at a very young age, is commendable. But she has no right to dismiss people who work for others as "lacking initiative". There have been times in this competition that I have felt a little sorry for Susan, but any sympathy I had for the girl evaporated last night. She's got an unpleasant side to her, just like the rest of them.

If LS goes for the popularity vote, Helen will win. She seems to have more supporters. I think Susan is the more worthy candidate though.

Let's wait to hear their business plans.

See I felt the opposite she was simply sticking up for herself, when Jim "who looked shellshocked" yet again tried to bring susan down but she had the answers

Jim really showed last night a nasty side and a desperate attempt to stay in the competition

My support for Jim wavered mid-series when I saw that he can be obnoxious and sly, but I didn't see any evidence of that last night. I thought everything he said was perfectly reasonable - the girls bickered too much and made his life difficult, and Natasha didn't give her all to the task (which she later admitted herself).

As for Susan, if she really has more business acumen than Jim & Natasha put together then why didn't she raise the idea of creating a business model like Helen & Tom did? It didn't occur to her either. She was no smarter than her team-mates. She over-sold herself.

If the business is so succesful of hers, why do you never see her costing things working our margins etc like Tom does

She had ONE 'great' idea last night - OK, to her credit it was a an extremely good one - to change the way that they were serving.

But why didn't she have that idea before they made a complete hoss's ass of the first day?

Other than that one moment of inspiration, it was the usual flouncing around, bickering with Natashaaaaaayeah, acting like a spoiled child and being wise after the event.

We didn't see that last night, but we have seen it. Last week, for example, she bought the bangles because she knew she could buy them for £1.50 and sell them on for £5.

She done the costings and margins on those pipe cleaner things for your mobile phones too. Apparently on her feet.

Not a fan of hers but she has some skills unlike Natasha who has a BA Hons in No Discernible Business Skills Whatsoever.

Examples? When had she shown herself to be dishonest?

Loyal? Jim is loyal to no one but himself. Helen is loyal to no one but herself. Tom's nose is loyal to Sugar's arse. Natasha is loyal to no one but herself. Why is it okay for them not to be loyal but not for Susan?

Bitching? Almost all have their thumbs in the bitchiness pie.

She's certainly quite forceful in putting her case in the boardroom. But then so are the others, and I think you have to do this if you want to survive on the show. She had the right idea in the car going back, I think - fight as hard as you can in the boardroom, then leave the argument there.

As far as forum polls go, there has been a consistent pattern of Susan winning the popularity vote. Helen is trailing third in third place only a whisker in front of no-hoper Jim.

As for who is the worthy candidate only moneybags Lord Sugar's view matters on Sunday. Unless anyone comes up with an objective test the nearest measure we have is the record on the tasks. Can anyone fill in the numbers below?

?? wins from 11 - Susan
?? wins from 11 - Tom
10 wins from 11 - Helen
?? wins from 11 - Jim

Knowing about France probably isn't important to Lord Sugar.

His business is in Britain - so will he want people who thought Columbus was British.

He also wants to make a profit - so will he want people who think 7 times 60 pounds is £4,200.

None of them are exactly potential winners of Mastermind.

Personally I would hire Susan - she would be bound to get loads of orders merely by threatening to come back the next day if they don't sign up!

There is a difference in not knowing a thing about a neighbouring country and not knowing the nationality of a 500 year old explorer

I'd say Tom's (and Helen's) error was worse, in that it was factual rather than lack of life experience. It was not so much about knowing Columbus' nationality as knowing he was not British. I suppose the only thing you can say in Tom & Helen's defence is that we always use the anglicised version of his name.

I bet if you did a poll of most people in the street (without their internet) they wouldn't know where Columbus was born . I got it wrong. Just the same if you asked them where the patron saint of England St George is born .

I'll go one better and add a couple.

Susan: 7 wins, 2 as PM; 4 losses.
Tom: 3 wins; 8 losses, one as PM.
Helen: 10 wins, 3 as PM; one loss.
Jim: 5 wins; 6 losses, 2 as PM.

So, going purely by tasks, they should be ranked:

Helen
Susan
Jim
Tom

Helen's definitely the most impressive when it comes to her win/loss record, especially as she is now one of only 2 people to have 3 wins as PM (equalling Stella). Whether that's enough to get her the over all win, of course, is a different question entirely.

I bet there'd be many saying he was Spanish, but even though they'd be wrong at least they know he's not British, and that's the point.

Thinking St George is a bit more understandable, because the name is so associated with England (by the English anyway). I bet there would be quite a few who might think St Patrick was Irish.

Not really. Susan can always research France if she needs to, just as Helen and Jim could Columbus.
