LS should go into partnership with Helen and Tom

They made a fantastic team last night and if LS was to go into a partnership with both he would have a winning combination. I'm sure they both would be delighted with £125,000 each.

Tom is not a natural leader or boss but as an accomplice to the team leader he is excellent. It was fascinating watching him last night developing his ideas for the task and his meticulous note taking. Helen is the more practical person and can rein him in if he gets too carried away with his ideas. It was a joy to watch such a harmonious winning combination in action and LS would be foolish not to take them both on board.

I totally agree...

Last night they worked so well.

But even if he went into partnership with both of them, they wouldn't be working together? I agree that they worked well last night (though I think Helen was rather overbearing), but for them to work in a team on a project, LAS would have to prioritise one of their business plans, which I doubt the other would be happy with.

Also, the £250,000 isn't cash for the winner, you realise? It's a combination of cash and assets to help the winner's business plan get off the ground.

LS could decide which of the two has the best potential winning plan and I'm sure both would be delighted to work on whichever he chooses.

Not if one of them isn't getting anything out of it. The prize is a 50/50 ownership split; either he'd have to change that to, like, 25/25/50 (which would be a terrible deal for the person who came up with it in the first place), or one of them would be getting very little.

Don't forget, both of them came from pretty good jobs in the first place; why would they want to give that up to work on somebody else's business, when they wouldn't even get much (if anything) from it?
