David Tennant's Dr Who yes. Matt Smith's Dr Who no. Torchwood is better IMO. My ideal scenario would be to have David Tennant come into Torchwood towards the end of the series to rescue the Earth!

If Torchwood hasn't been ruined already, that would certainly kill it.

Whilst Torchwood and Doctor Who are aimed at different age groups, they are both still two parts of the same story.

Their stories are based in the same universe, with many of the same characters as Doctor Who as was the Sarah Jane Adventures, and as such should be treated on an equal footing.

To my mind Torchwood and SJA are a part of Doctor Who, albeit mostly without the Doctor actualy appearing. Think of them as Doctor lite series.

Whilst I agree that DT appearing wouldn't be my prefered conclusion to the series, I strongly object to your false statement that Torchwood has already been ruined. It hasn't, far from it.

As for your opinion of Torchwood, well the quote below sums it up:

Several million people disagree with your opinion. Perhaps you should consider the possibility that it's just you not getting it?

I prefer Doctor Who to Torchwood. Except for CoE, which I still claim transcended the show and became one of the best mini-series I have ever seen.
