Homechoice Press Red
Does HC support any of the 'press red' interactive services? ie: BBC interactive.
And, if it does - what? |

Just to let you know, HomeChoice customer care just rang and asked what I thought of the service so far (it's been installed two weeks or so).
I did mention the red button etc, and their response was that a lot of people having new installs had specifically asked about interactive (particularly with the extra Olympics feeds at the moment) so it's something they know is important to provide. Unfortunately the guy's tongue-in-cheek response was "maybe sometime in the next four years" so probably best not to get your hopes up just yet... He did ask about picture quality, channel choice etc, but since I knew exactly what to expect when I signed up, I don't really have a problem with these. My only real gripe is that it's hard to tell whether the box is turned on or off, and it's a bit slow to respond sometimes. |
