It was not 'a little bit' of writing, or 'a little bit' of research; I was a core contributor to the task, and I think everybody else would agree with me there.

Also, no, I don't think Aliyah 'made it clear' that The Notion is a magazine; I think she suggested that there is a common ground between the two, which I was happy to agree with. Also, only one questioner in the thread asked about the magazine aspect, and that question was purely focused on the cover, the reasoning for which Gav explained brilliantly in his response. Also, as I've stated, none of the features we included would seem out of place in a newspaper.

If you're 'speaking the truth', how are you managing to get so many things wrong?”

We will just have to agree to disagree on the magazine you made, then.

And yeah, sorry, but other than the fact you researched the winning idea, you didn't do anything outside of your comfort zone and therefore I don't see it as a particularly good task for you. Sorry.

I think these arguments could go back and forth for a while, but I think it is time to make a final decision, as I have heard a lot.

You may be repeating yourself slighlty, but for the final time, WHY should I hire YOU? I don't want anything more about what the others say, this is all about you and what your strengths are, and nothing to do with anyone else.

I should be hired because of my business approach. As a 17 year old I don't have as much experience in the world of work like Anactoria, however I have an understanding, the enthusiasm, the flair. I contain everything that an entrepeneur needs to get started and that is why I feel like I should be hired.

Everything I have done both in and out of the process has displayed my prowess and creativity in a glass trophy cabinet. I am a social person who is easy to get along with. With me you get what you see, I am a very strong, honest and intelligent person with so much to give you that it'd be a shame for you not to see what I can do for you and your company.

At the end of the day, if you want to go with the 'safe' option of who is the standard businesswoman with a very structured and composed personality then you should hire Anactoria. However if you were to take a risk you should hire me. I have proven myself to be a very easy going, fun loving guy who is able to do pretty much everything that business life contains. I have mathematical skills which haven't really come in to place this process, however they are very much there. At least with me you know what you are getting and that is why I do think you should hire me!

As I've said before, I'm smart, I'm capable, I'm unbelievably talented, and I'm willing to focus all of my skills on whatever you require. I'm extremely resourceful - you saw this in Task 4, when I sourced so many items at such low prices - and I'm bursting both with real life experience and with youthful energy. Not only that, but I'm daring - I'm willing to take big risks, and I'm happy to take responsibility if they don't turn out as planned. I'm also immensely talented as a businesswoman - I have fantastic instincts for what will work as a concept and what won't, and whenever I've PMed, I've managed my team brilliantly to get the best out of them.

If you want somebody who will just talk about how great they are and how much they want this, then I might not be the girl for the job, but if you want somebody who will show you, I am far and away the best candidate. I've written vast swathes of material throughout this process, all of it excellent and all of it focused very much on the task at hand. I'm probably the most dedicated candidate - I've never had an off task, I've never failed to contribute as much as I possibly can, and I've demonstrated my passion and my enthusiasm throughout. I've contributed consistently to every single task - I've come up with fantastic and innovative ideas, I've been a team player every step of the way, and I've always focused on winning.

Both very strong argument, and I think I have heard enough.

You both have done incredibly well throughout this process, I think you are a capable final two, and you both have given so much time to this game, and I hope you have enjoyed it. Both of you have so many skills, but one of you will be hired, this is a close call, but I'm going with what I have heard and seen over these past few weeks...

This is tough, but I have come to the decision that.........

Yes, I go around making up chatlogs for the sake of it. Go away.
