Does anyone have a good recipe for Strawberry Daiquiris?

I've tried a few from the web and they're a bit too watery, instead of being slushy!

Thanks

Yeah.

In my smoothie maker not sure size. I fill half with ice (the bagged ice cubes, so slightly larger) then half a punnet strawberries, a handful of demarara sugar, about a dessert spoon lime juice and then top up with cocoblanca (or any other coconut flavoured rum, the coconut adds to sweetness and is very subtle until you add loads) - this depends on the strength you want the drink. Whizz up. You may want to add more straweberries.

If its too runny add more ice and strawberries. If its too pale add more strawberries. And if its not sweet enough add a bit more sugar.

Hope that makes sense and is helpful
