It's werry werry quiet in here this week! I don't like it! I don't like it at all - I wish to put in a complaint to the management team. But what's the point if they're like most management teams, ineffective bunch of numbskulls..... not that I'm saying any of the GOW are "ineffective numbskulls" Eeeeeeep!

Nothing to report! Nothing at all ..... not a jot! nada! Rien! As you know that won't necessarily stop me wittering but today I think it might! That is the level of nothingness that is going on here.

Having said that my landlady did make me laugh as LittlePlum was trying to jump up to sit on the worktop in the kitchen, I told her not to and my friend said "no, worktops are for riss-holes not arse-holes" which was inappropriate maybe, true certainly and it made me laugh

Must dash - time to finish getting LittlePlum ready for school! Takes a while to do her hair which is now down way past her bum, we really ought to get it cut!

All over on Monday, thankfully. Not sure why the final is on a Monday this year but apparently CBB starts on Friday week. Doesn't give them long to give the place a makeover. Not sure I can face CBB, either.

The shopping centre I work at was evacuated today, no idea why but the whole evacuation was a shambles, pretty sure that if there was a real fire, bomb or whatever we'd have been wiped out! It was amazing how reluctant customers were to leave their shopping, one old dear was harrassing me to just stay a few minutes and put her stuff through the checkout, yes of course I'll do that and not only will your bread be lightly toasted but we'll both get burned to a cinder! or pebble-dashed around the walls of the store if it was a bomb..... as it goes, It was probably all a false alarm as they usually are but it helped pass the day

We're off on an expedition tomorrow up to the tablelands which is on the high ground above us. It's always colder up there and the landscape is remarkably British countryside in looks. We're going to see an historic village, a crystal cave and possibly a picnic by one of the lakes! Should be a nice day!

Just had a fun few days rescuing my eldest from uni - don't think they do pastoral care there. Otherwise been awol watching the lympics. I haven't done BB this year. We were busy at the beginning and I do think you need to be watching from day 1. Maybe I'll have time for CBB.
