Have a go!

Bleurgh.

@Sad This working from home lark. I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt and have just shaved off enough stubble to be mistaken for a tramp, so I could go to the local off licence to buy cheap lager after a long day.

Painting pictures with words, KJ

Anna, we've got boys and girls on this thread, current age-range 17 to mid-fifties *ducks*
GOW isn't a literal thing, it's a state of being!

My grump tonight - how is it that decorating one room can lead to a major project involving moving furniture around in every room in the house??? AAUUGHHH....

Hey all, thank you for the welcomes. Not necessarily grumpy tonight but shattered - first normal shift at work after Ramadan.

What's normal? Not sure it exists lol

Certainly not me - for sure

Guess ramadan makes work more difficult - I'm really grumpy if I'm hungry

Eid Mubarak (am I too late?)

Thanks, Eid was at the weekend. So glad Ramadan has ended, really hard this year.

.......what is normal hmmmmmm isn't that a question similar to what is the meaning of life? Lol

The difference being is that we have the definitive answer to the meaning of life which is of course 42. Can't answer the question about "normal" though - not a concept I really comprehend

Here things are somewhat unsettled, it looks like homelessness looms as a possibility again. I'm taking each day as it comes trying to make contingency plans and failing dismally Could do without the additional worry but quite frankly I have to have an excuse to justify my grey hair and this will do it There are positives in just about everything don't you think?

Anyway must dash, hi ho hi ho and all that .....

Horrible day at work but have had a lovely time since I came home listening to Flanders and Swann - I was brought up on the classics I love The Gnu Song and The Hippopotamus Song. Can't stay stressed now

Seconded. ALong with all the virtual hugs possible. (((((((((((((Plumster))))))))))))

Here I am mostly being a headless chicken today.
Thankfully had a fab day yesterday or I might get really grumpy

Minor grump - bought two dirt cheap rather great linen trousers yesterday, only to find that one pair was actually two sizes too small That'll teach me to check the bloomin' labels more closely
