The last time I was in Tesco, they had Asian foods on the main entrance aisle and a Ramadan promotion. I picked up a one litre squeezy bottle of pureed chilli for ... 99p
It's good stuff, seeds and everything, very hot, but it doesn't leave you with a ring of fire. I actually think it's done my insides some good with all the capsaicinoids.

![]() ![]() Morning! I'm heading off to do some shopping soon, so I'll look out for that KJ. ![]() Apart from that, it feels very end-of-the-summery here. Massive thunder storms in the early hours and wellie weather since then. And it really is getting dark earlier.

I think productive procrastination is an art form ![]() ETA *frantic wave at Handy as we pass yet again like ships in the night*

Still dumping stress here. My head is going to hurt in the morning, big time.
I'm going to wave at Sad 'cos we two also pass night-time shipwise. I can't believe I typed that, legibly. KJoey (I wish) |

I'm thinking about taking up drinking. Can't buy booze in the supermarket here so I'd have to specifically go to a bottle-o to get some and I'm not that bothered about it yet, it would just be more of an impulse buy. Might give it more thought on pay-day and get quietly sozzled next weekend
![]() Beautiful day here today, blue skies and sunshine, it's starting to warm up a bit too, apparently it's 28-6C at the moment. I'm going to have a big day of nothingness today though and just slob around watching tv, reading my book and skiddling around on t'internet. No more youtube-ing though as that seems to eat too much data, shame as I had a good giggle the other day, after Flanders and Swann I drifted into a Bill Bailey phase and then onto scenes from QI - mucho merrimento!

Plummy - don't take up drinking!!! You don't want to be feeling like KJ and I are this morning. Yes, I seem to have had a bit too much PG. No idea how it happened. And a busy day ahead to boot. Eeek.I'd rather have your day Plumster. And your weather. |

Ma's on a care home waiting list. She doesn't know this but, spookily, ever since I did the deed she's somewhat *better*. Not well, but not as bad as she's been (which prompted the decision).
Talk about feeling guilty. |

Talk about feeling guilty. ![]() I have spent all day taking advantage of Little Saddette's absence by tidying her pigsty. Feeling a tad guilty about having claimed the book deposit back from school since I have found four coppies of one of her computing text books lurking under piles of paper ![]() In other news, I feel quite proud of myself for not telling someone (who I feel is unnecessarily bitter and twisted and who takes grudge bearing to a playground level) to go forth and multiply in short sharp jerking motions. Go me

Sorry to hear you're stressed KJ. Good idea to park it until later, though. I'm trying to do the same, although I spent the last couple of hours writing emails. Time to stop... and to make sure there's some cold beer for later. We're going to attempt to have a BBQ.
