Nice expletive, bats!

Sad, there's a neverending supply of vibes and hugs, so you can have a fresh consignment right now ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
(((((((((((((((((Sad)))))))))))))))))))))

All for one and one for all, right, chaps?
It comes from a rule-less game of Scrabble we once had.

Sad, the amout of vibes you're getting, you'll need a shovel to get out of your front door.

Amen to that HM Rotten week but things are looking up - no dashing to the loo for 48 hours now, woohoo!!!!!

Sorry if that's TMI

Been a tad self absorbed lately and realise I missed LL's post - this is to send her mega vibes too as she's been having horrid stuff for far, far too long. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You're allowed to be a teeny bit up yourself just occasionally, sweetie *kiss*

@ handy

Glad you're feeling better Sad.

Not a lot to report from Bat Towers. I'm snowed under a mountain of paperwork and trying to deal with that while making sure my mum's okay. It's amazing what chaos a little old lady with dementia can create.

Greeting Grumpies!

It's amazing what chaos a little old lady with dementia can create.
You have my full sympathy with this. Mr. Home's Oma & Opa ware both in that situation and together they're dangerous. They're talking about going to Switzerland for a holiday so Oma can see her relatives. They can't even remember to use the toilet. And when they went last year they got dazed and confused in Amsterdam Centraal Station (they lived in Hoorn) and had to brought home by the police which was a hour and change drive. One or both had an "accident" in the car. Their passports have been taken by Mr. Home's brother in order to make the trek difficult or impossible. I predict Opa will discover them "stolen" turn it into a fascist conspiracy and start ranting about having to wear a yellow star. The paranoia seems to be escalating faster than the forgetfulness.

Melony was playing pirates today at school and got a crack in the face - big lump coming up on her nose and turning purple! Looks likr she might have at least one shiner in the morning, poor kid!
I hope Melony is better today but if she's got two shiners then you might want to have a her nose x-rayed. I was in car accident years ago and it seemed that most of my injury was to my mouth area but the next day when I went to have the stitches checked the doctor noticed I had 2 shiners and they discovered that I had a break at the tip of my nose that didn't really show at first in the x-rays. They said that 2 shiners is almost always a broken nose unless you got hit directly in each eye.

I hope that Snowy's throat is better, that SP continues to mend and that Laura finally gets things sorted next month.

My big activity for today was to inventory my yarn stash and replenish it with what I could from my local shop and order the rest online. I just finished off a major project that I started in June and also a smaller one that I started 2 years ago but lost interest in. Now I can plan one or two (or 10) more and not feel guilty about unfinished stuff which is a waste of yarn (and money) until it becomes something. If only every day could be this difficult.

SP is continuing to mend - thanks me@ - I've had better months, but ever onwards, etc.

Vibes to LL. I was wondering about Iggy too - wondering if the kitchen floor is concealing bodies of irritating workmen by now...

And also - haven't heard much from down under just lately - hoping everything is okay with the Plums

Have rather had my head up my own backside lately but am beginning to resurface It's a gloriously sunny day today and I'd love to be striding across the fields... all in good time though. Please let's not suddenly have bucketloads of snow It looks like March/April out there rather than January - weird. But nice

I was worried about it being something like that.

Yeah, I hope that everything is ok there, too.

And don't you go traipsing across those fields when you should be taking it easy! That's an order!
