And how awful that you reminded us. Now I am going to go to sleep with that tune running through my head.
Unless it's drowned out by the tinnitus that is (I thought it was 'the hum' at first ).
There you are - grump for the day!

Actually my dear I think you'll find it was YOU who reminded us

Bummer about the tinnitus. On balance I think I'd almost prefer Peters and Lee.

I was going to get an early night, but as usual.... *sigh*

No snow here either - there's that 'calm before the storm' air about the day though

I have just seen the pics on FB from a friend up Skipton way who is snowed in, madness

@ Amica

Here, I am getting the dinner on and contemplating a very early night. Just to stop me throttling the offspring.

My sympathies about tinnitus, I had a mild encounter with it a couple of years ago, I think earwax caused it in the morning, but it went away during the day. Eventually I must have showered it all away.

Remember, never stick anything smaller than your elbow in your ear.

Or up your nose. I speak from experience.

Weather's being really weird. I didn't get the expected snow, as I said this morning, but about 5 miles from here is a little winter wonderland. And only last week it was too hot to sit out for long. April, innit...

Hi, all - welcome, Mrs Grumpy! *waves*

It's been blowing a freezing wind down here and piddling down most of the day. Been productive, though - plumber mended our pipe so the bottom bathroom is operational again, I got a haircut, Melony and I made buns, some cleaning got done... and I'm not asleep!

Thanks for the earworm, Amica...

Afternoon Grumperteers.

I've that Friday feeling again and with good reason - our (long) weekend starts tonight. The house is stuffed full of food and wine and apart from some friends and family popping over tomorrow we've no plans. Absolute bliss.
