We had a softplay morning and then a trip to the supermarket this afty to get summer school dresses cos it's two for eight quid and 25% off. Six dresses purchased - age 5 size, even though she's only 4 and a bit, cos otherwise she'll need another six bigger ones by the end of May!

And yes, I heard myself declaring "They're a bit loose but she'll grow into them"

We somehow ended up having a Polish vodka tasting afternoon, so right now I'm of the opinion that I'm capable of throwing a custard slice in your direction and that you'll catch it.

It was the hazelnut one that did me in btw. Avoid at all costs.

I'm gradually varying my bread and butter pud. I use Burgen soya and linseed bread and add chopped nuts. Next I'm going to try it with a layer of chocolate on top .
Well a recent report said chocolate was slimming so....

If anyone is interested in the life I've got at the moment they can have it. I'll throw in a half eaten Easter egg.

Actually it's not all of it that's crappy, just the stuff to do with my mum. She's getting more and more vile - and physically aggressive - while I'm getting more and more knackered from dealing with everything for her. It's not a good mix, and I'm not sure how much longer I can keep it up.
