snOwbEs seems to have been road testing summat.

I'm not sure about beer and gin on the same road test. I do like a G&T on a plane though. Also, if you spill gin down your front, it evaporates and doesn't stain.

That's a top tip our KJ.

I'm on the PG and the boys are watching the footy. I'm almost completely convinced I'm going to have a hangy tomorrow.

Yo BG!

I have just had the munchies. I hereby recommend a cheese and onion sarny. The eponymous crisp "flavour" is nowt by comparison.

The Bayern stadium is awesome. It can be lit up in red or blue, according to the taxi driver who took me past it earlier this year. One day, it will be illuminated red AND blue.

This is spooky KJ. I'm attempting to make cheese stuffed fresh pasta for supper and about 10 minutes ago Batman asked if I remembered stopping by the Bayern stadium on the way back from Switzerland. And I do! We've obviously travelled the same roads...

Ew

Don't like beer and haven't drunk gin since an unfortunate incident in my youth

I think I just need to go back to drinking neat Jack Daniels

The mighty blues!!!! woo hooooooooo!! Best news for a long time and a mighty cheery start to the day for me yesterday. I was going to get up early to watch it, think it was around 4am (ish) but I forgot to set my alarm Probably just as well as I'm not sure I could have taken the strain at the moment

Life here is .... well, it's as it is still. Mainly keeping my head down and maintaining a low profile and YoungPlum is always here to keep me positive. Had a good meeting with a social worker at the beginning of last week - she is lovely and I came out feeling emotionally drained, yet strangely empowered and hopeful about the future. I might need to see her again as my reserves of "go me!" are becoming depleted, but I'm hopeful of getting some news by the end of this week, which will mean I can move on. We shall see!

Happy birthday for last week KJ - hope you had a splendiferous day!

Just a quick random story, poor cat has been in a fight or something as he is limping badly. Anyway, I had put him in my bedroom so he could have some peace away from DestructoPup. YoungPlum was in keeping him company (poor cat!) and I went in to check on how things were going and as I opened the door, DestructoPup threw herself with all her considerable weight/power right at me to get past me and I went hopping sideways totally off balance and fell over landing on my bum having crashed through the wardrobe door and knocking it off it's runners Luckily I laughed first as youngPlum could hardly contain herself - although between her tears, she did manage to get out an "are you alright mum?" For me, the Chelsea result was the highlight of the day, i know the highlight of the day for her! She was still chuckling about it this morning! Cruel cruel child

time for me to dash - should be brushing and plaiting hair not wibbling on! i really should get her hair cut, it's way down passed her bum now.

Sleep well when you go! ... .and keep your fingers crossed for me

Reading that, I thought you were going to say you landed on the cat! Phew...

I'm up to my ears in paperwork, having taken my eye off a deadline. I've mint tea, Aha, and the accountant sending me dirty jokes to keep me going... I've also called a friend and said come for a drink about 8ish, so I'm clearly focused!

Loving it

I am also knee deep in paperwork and associated tripe that you just wouldn't want to know about. Dismissal interviews tomorrow. Wooo.

((((((((((((((Plummie)))))))))))))))) Still vibing for you And anyone else who needs one.

Good news... my mate is at home from hopspittle for the first time since mid-January. I can only begin to imagine the elation. Long may he remain there and on the road to recovery.

I'd like calming vibes for tact and diplomacy around noon tomorrow please. It's going to be tough.

Hello, folks!

The beer went down lovely... and the next morning the first thing I had to do after breakfast the next morning was unblock the toilet......!
Nothing to do with me, I hasten to add - the blockage that is. I'll shut up now...

(((((Plums))))) - hope the bruises are fading!
And I'm glad you've got someone to talk to over there. Chin up and keep trotting forwards, kid. Like Bilbo Baggins under the Misty Mountains - going back is no good at all; going sideways is impossible; the only thing to do is go forwards, and in the end you'll trot safely out of the tunnels.

And (((((((((((Sad))))))))))) - though I'm tempted to say just go for it and say what you feel!

And ((((((((((busy batty)))))))))))

The beer tasted lovely, but the women tasted even better.

My idea of a half pint.
