NOTE: ITV3 are showing Heathrow: Britain's Busiest Airport (again give ITV credit when its due) they are at least airing it with no interruptions - one has to really guess that ITV is picking up STV's mess no matter the programming, be Ray Mears, More Tales from Northumberland etc (I would also guess this is the channel to keep a look out on since we all know by now STV just stop/start programmes without announcements!)

I watched this week's People's History Show (Tuesday night 7.30pm). Despite my earlier observations on its content ("welcome to TONIGHT's show" and "see you next Tuesday") which would need to be edited out if it aired at a different time and/or on a different channel it's not a bad (if lightweight) 30 min. show (well 20-25 mins if you strip out the ads). However once again the amateurs at STV failed to announce on Tuesday night that the programme wouldn't be back next week (due to the football), so we had Sarah Mack saying "see you/on next Tuesday's show" with no voice over the credits at the end saying it would return not next week but in 2 weeks!

What a way to treat your viewers...

... its going to be more odd if not already aired on STV Glasgow/Edinburgh aka STV2 soon - they air the show on a Monday and we still hear presenters say - "aye see you Tuesday"
:-
Bring in some cooks for a few quid and hey presto a TV show.
