I love my own fairy cakes

Such a simple recipe but they taste bang on every single time. I have stopped making them though as I can easily scoff the lot in a weekend

same here..Its the reason i dont buy any eggs..cos cakes without eggs are horrid, so you need them for baking..no eggs , no cake making..simple

It used to be coffee and walnut. Unfortunately, all these cakes have dairy products in them

My Mum`s birthday cake, with the icing and butter cream. Had one made every year right up to about my 35th.

My long standing favourite is the delicious Banana cake that I frequently made ,years ago in Sydney mmmmm


My chocolate and coffee cakes were very enjoyable too

No wonder my weight escalated to a shocking 10 stones

I'm not a sweet tooth and am perfectly content with a slice of ginger cake once in a blue moon.

Malt loaf with butter is also very nice.
