Imagine if Matt Smith and David Tennant had a baby... Would this baby have the ability to SUPER REGENERATE? For example, when it regenerated would it be able to use the regeneration energy to travel in time, or would it rip the baby apart so it can't be alive any more?

Only the latest in a long line of them from the OP. Though no doubt i risk a ban pointing that out. The mods seem to have no problem with this forum bring ruined by childish and pointless threads but dare criticise such threads and apparently that's out of order. No. First of all, they're both male so it would be physically impossible. Secondly, they're both actors, and as far as I know are not physically able to regenerate. Does that answer your question?

well there are many issues about this

1) both actors have played theDoctor thinking about them having sex would be creepy
2) both actors already have a gfs (or wife in DT case), so they would both be cheating on their partners
3) both are actors, and the resulting baby would not have any Time Lords powers, as whilst Time Lords are of course real, neither David nor Matt are actually Time Lords.
4) Both actors are male, and its not possible for them to have a baby together.

Yes. As far as I'm aware though, neither Matt Smith nor David Tennant are Time Lords. Matt was born in Northampton and David in Bathgate. Neither place is anywhere near Gallifrey.
