So the overiding factor in tonights show is the buisness plan. We've seen Helen is good at leading teams of people, but not so savvy at buisness ideas. Will her idea be a load of cack and her ultimate downfall?

I think Tom will have some mad idea that Sugar will take to. I reckon on him winning. Susan will be comedy gold during the interviews and they will pick Jim to bits

Yeah, those two will be amazing in the interviews. Tom and Helen will probably quite dull. I do think Tom will win when it comes down to business plans, which I feel will be a little unfair as he's the weakest of the four and should have gone a while ago.

I think Susan has a steely core of determination that will see her through the interviews relatively unscathed... Helen should hold up well as well, she's tough. Jim's the obvious casualty- part of his appeal is his charm, and the interviewers are impervious to charm. I think he's going to be hung out to dry.

Tom I can't guess at all, he's the wild card. He'll either have a spectacular car-crash, or dazzle them- I can't really see much of a middle ground.

Up to this point, the easy answer is yes, if she doesn't win, then the business plan will most likely be the reason why...
