Haven't heard the original but I don't like the song. I don't think it really fits Linkin Park.

Technically speaking it's a very good cover.
But somehow I preferred Linkin Park when they were the soundtrack to my adolescence with crunching, heavy choruses like in 'Crawling' and 'One Step Closer'. Hybrid Theory sold 25 million copies. Their meteoric fall since then suggests that many others feel the same way as me - that the Linkin Park we know and love are dead and gone. |

When bands have to resort to doing covers like this, they are on limited time.
The LP I used to love are long gone anyway. |
