After several months of debate, nail biting and general dithering, Crikey!, the Great British Comic Magazine is coming back-and it's gone digital! The collapse of Borders UK pretty much killed the paper and ink version early last year, but we're hopeful that the new format will appeal to a whole new audience as well as luring back the old one. A 120 page Crikey! Special will be available to download shortly, featuring contributions from Bryan Talbot and Pat Mills as well as features on Death's Head, Whoopee!, Planet of the Apes and the British Invasion of DC Comics! For more info, check out www.crikeyuk.co.uk or watch a little teaser at:

What format is the magazine in ie pdf, cbr etc. I may break a lifetime of avoiding purchasing digital media for this one but I want a full access version that I don't need to be online for and nothing tied to a specific device.

Well, you need to be online for the ebook version, but for those who don't want that, it's also available on disc for £4.99 (that's including P&P). Just PM me if you're interested!
