Is Rump Steak from Asda any good ?

Have to agree with you there, the particular Asda near me (Bodmin in Cornwall) is absolutely shocking for fresh meat quality. Wouldn't touch any of their steaks with a barge pole. Morrisons at Liskeard however who have a fresh meat counter and a butcher who will cut you a bit of steak - different story
