Or at least i would if Danielle would ever be in a Batman movie or, dare i say it, musical. I think she could play Catwoman

Plus one for Michael and a win for best musical - though that was a tie which is bizarre. All good for Danielle's CV.
I see that the number of moderators on the forum is dropping. Does this establish the principle, perhaps, that with a level of responsibility comes some level of activity?

Merry Christmas and I hope someone comes back. I begin to feel like the undertaker in the ALW threads when I am most recent post in most of them. Some people drop into the graveyard and say something but not many .. On the other hand the more popular contestants get 400 hits if you post anything.
Shame really as there's at least 14 of the girls from the ALW shows on some stage this month and another 4 at least are in something soon - which is pretty phenomenal.

The thing with a lot of the more popular ALW casting contestants is that several of them have dedicated fan forums now. I know all the winners except possibly Jodie have them. I've been a member of Connie Fisher's forum for several years, and there are at least two Lee Mead ones. With OTR, there are the Danielle and Jessica forums, as well as one for Sophie that doesn't seem to be that active anymore. I know that in the years after the shows, a lot of the fans just follow their favorites and so they go to the dedicated forums. A lot of other OTR fans have just settled into posting on Twitter and Facebook as well.
As founder and admin of the Danielle Hope Forum, I will always remember that the forum grew out of the discussions here on Digital Spy. I will come back and read these threads as long as people still post on them, but the forum is my first priority now in terms of online fan activities. I invite anyone who may be lurking on here who hasn't read the forum to come check us out at www.daniellehopeforum.com (click on Forum to read the forum). Things are slower there now than they used to be because Oz has been going on for a while and the news isn't coming in as quickly as it was, but we have a core of regular posters and I post whatever news I find, as well as exclusive content from Danielle such as our popular Photos of the Month. We also have a Musical Theatre Listening Club that is a lot of fun. Come join us if you want.
I will still be checking DS from time to time (as always), but if anyone wants to keep up with the latest news about Danielle, feel free to check out the forum.

What can I say? The forum will continue but I think it a real shame that DS has died. I fought as hard as I could to save it. As I pointed out a long time ago, we were too dependent on one poster. When that poster got bored and downed tools, we were in a hopelessly exposed position.

Hey WoO fans! Sorry to gatecrash 
My other half is crazy about The Wizard of Oz, and we're taking the family tomorrow to see the show for the first time!
If possible, we'd love to meet Danielle at the stage door. We voted for her on each show and were delighted when she won Over the Rainbow. Is it possible for someone to let us know, where is the stage door and is it better to wait there before the show or after? Any approximate ideas of what time she comes out?
We have dinner reservations so I'm hoping we'll have time to wait, if she doesn't take too long

Dan comes out of the main entrance. Expect her a few minutes after the show. You will not see her before the show, and don't expect her to come out after a matinee.
