What!?! It was great to have an opening episode that actually had some pace.
It couldn't have been more different from The Impossible Astronaut, which was what was needed. If they'd given it a slow pace again then it would start to look Moffat was getting lazy and copying patterns.
My main complaint though comes from the lack of Hitler, the episode is called 'Lets Kill Hitler; so I expected a large part from him, but he wasn't in it too much.
