What!?! It was great to have an opening episode that actually had some pace.
It couldn't have been more different from The Impossible Astronaut, which was what was needed. If they'd given it a slow pace again then it would start to look Moffat was getting lazy and copying patterns.

My main complaint though comes from the lack of Hitler, the episode is called 'Lets Kill Hitler; so I expected a large part from him, but he wasn't in it too much.

ye I think I'm agreeing with you snowy. Nothing really happened to be honest. It gave answers but not much else. I felt they were rounding up the river story which was interesting.”

haha, how did you get confused?

Well the River story isn't rounded off. They're are still plenty of answers in her timeline that need filling.

To be honest, the main reason why i don't think this episode is great is because i just couldn't care less about River anymore. I just don't care about the mystery around her. And i found myself not caring about anything that happened in the episode. I knew the Doctor wouldn't die and i felt. Amy and Rory were only in the way. But i'm going to watch it a few more times. I haven't given up on this episode yet

Hmm, well the River bit I can agree with, she's just become a pain who turns up and gets annoying. I did however, like her for the first time in this episode for about 5 mins, when she first regenerated and was so giddy.
...and I haven't given up in making you like it

How're you anyway?

Haha, good because i want to like it more When did you think that Mells was their daughter? I knew it when she stepped out of the (pink) car.

I'm good thanks, enjoying my last weekend of no homework Not really enjoying the bad weather though.
How are you?

Thats fine then, at least my work will be gladly received.
Well, I had a hunch that it was River/Mel before the car came into view, it was obvious Moffat wanted the gang all together, but I wasn't certain of who she was/is (if you understand what I mean), so when she said Mel, it was obvious which one of the two she was/is and how far along her history she was/is. (blimey, how does Moffat cope, its really complex)

oh, thats a scary prospect...HOMEWORK (horror music)
I'm good thanks, enjoying a three day week-end. So a Doc Who fest probably.

Wow, that's some real Moffat thinking Looking back at the whole growing up montage, you can really see Amy in a parent rol with Mell

That's a great way to enjoy your three day weekend. Any idea's which episodes?

Believe me, too much Moffat thinking is bad for the brain
Y'eh, definitely. She's experienced more than most other Woman, so surely she can handle lifes greatest challenge....raising a shape shifting baby

Yeah, I agree! I gave it a 9/10 as well. Even thou I already knew what was going to happen (or at least I thought so) it was brilliantly written!

Lol, he sure deserved it! It was just so funny to think about that Hitler's still in the cupboard!

I dont know, I really liked it. But true, if you don't care about River Song, then the episode doesn't make much sense. So I understand you!

It was always gonna be well written, Moffat is a genius with storylines and scripts.

haha, well maybe he's playing the game Risk and planning out his invasion plan...which would mean the Doc was the cause of it

Not that you're biased to Tennant
Dunno what the Princess one is, but the RHPS is awesome.
