Anyone know this song?
Hi, I have this song stuck in my head and it's driving me mad because i can't for the life of me remember what song it is. So i've recorded myself singing the bit i can remember. It's definatly a folky sounding song, I thought it might be Beth Rowley or The Pierces but can't seem to find anything like this from either of them. Anyone who knows what this is will be a hero. The link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HadYeA830E8
Thanks |

Dont think it really fits your description but could it be Laura Marling - Ghosts.

The melody sounds like 'Things We Said Today' by The Beatles,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ox0p9chV6WM And here's my hero Nanci Griffith covering it. Perhpas hers is the female voice that lead you towards your other guesses. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNu0HrF6k78 |

Again, cheers, but thats not it. I'ts definately sung by a woman though, I think solo. And it builds to the bit I'm singing so when it happens its quite dramatic, as far as i can remember. I could be way off though.
