I thought i would do a appreciation thread for Soundtracks. Whether it's for Television (Glee etc),Film soundtracks (Mamma Mia etc) or perhaps Theatre soundtracks (Wicked etc)

Does anyone have any soundtracks they really enjoy?

I have yet to buy this one, but I've always liked the Juno Soundtrack.

I love the Burlesque soundtrack. I've been dipping in and out of it since the release really. Just such a great handful of songs. The covers of Etta james songs were done justice. Plus the originals were amazing.

At the moment, i am really into The Sound Of Music soundtrack. It was a childhood movie of mine but they showed it on a movie channel recently and i fell in love with it all over again.

The soundtrack to Apocalypse Now is superb, and I like Eddie Vedders music to Into The Wild

Well, someone's got to mention them, the soundtracks from the classic films:
- Armegeddon, I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith
- The Bodyguard, I Will Always Love You, by Whitney Houston
- Top Gun, Take My Breath Away by Berlin.

Maybe not my personal favourites, but these are the ones that will always be mentioned, the Armaggedon soundtrack though is a favourite of mine.

- Men In Black, Men In Black by Will Smith - brilliant soundtrack!

The How To Train Your Dragon soundtrack is perfection. As for TV shows? Doctor Who's soundtracks are pretty damn solid.
