Anyone else think they aren't even sour? Poundland sell the bags of them and as yummy as they are they aren't sour to me.

I dont think they're sour but I absolutely love them, By far the best Haribo, so glad you can get bags of just sour cherries now

I don't find any of the tangfastics overly sour. But I do like the cherry ones so I can forgive the lack of sourness

As a Haribo expert (I must be as I eat enough of them! ), the best ever made were the Sour Strawbs. They were properly sour!

Sadly, I think they've stopped making them - I can't find them anywhere.

They were indeed amazing, and no, I can't find them either now. I think you could probably buy them online for some obscene price. Germany has many varieties of Haribo we don't get.

The Sour Cherries are now the best imo, but nowhere near as amazing as the Sour Strawbs

I think the sour sweets in this country leave a lot to be desired to be honest. They just aren't sour. America on the other hand has some brilliant sour sweets...Sour Patch Kids make my eyes water!

Most sour sweets I've ever tasted are these

For about 10 seconds in your mouth they are SERIOUSLY sour, shame it doesn't last long though.

I can't remember the company but you used to be able to get mega sour raspberries - might have been barratts or barnets or something like that... used to cause mouth/throat irritation if you consumed too many !

They still make them. They sell them in our student shop on campus.

Not a really a fan of them though. For some reason I love strawberries and things like strawberry sauce, strawberry cheesecake, strawberry youghurt but I don't lke sweets flavoured with it.

Yes, but Sour Strawbs are just in a class of their own!

Life is so unfair - you can get them but don't want them, yet I am forced to live a life free of Sour Strawbs.

*deep sigh*
