Hi there

i have two thomsons boxes on the same areial.(dti6300 & 6021)
i have problems with one of them not updating (dti6300still on 6.01) i did a rescan the other day and now i cant get the top up tv service info to download when doing the channel scan. it says the signal maybe weak on channel 16(QVC), but it itsnt as the other box can view it okay.

how do i
A) get 7.0xx software?
B) get it to complete the channel scan??

any help would be great

ps. i have changed a few caps on the psu and tried a force OTA update with no luck.

I have several of these machines having the same problem as you describe. Possible software question ?

top up have just swapped mine today for the same thing.
They sent a dti6021 500gb hopefully thats a good thing!
