Are There Any Wine Buffs Out There?

My late husband was a member of a couple of Wine Clubs - I know nothing about wine (except I know what I like).
It's a relatives 80th birthday soon so I thought I would give him a couple of bottles but have no idea what is any good.
The first 4 reds I picked up are:

Castillo De Benilloba Gran Reserva 2002 - Spain
Gran Selezione Oro Chianti Riserva 2006 (Bronze medal winner 2009)
Casillero del Diablo Carmenere 2005 - Chile
Lirac (Rhone Valley Premium Wine) 2005 - Medaille D'Or Paris 2007

Can anyone help. Do you think these are still drinkable?

The Spanish, Italian and French wines are all pretty robust, the Chilean a bit lighter. They should all be pretty good.
