Pork and Pineapple curry - Rick Stein
I've just seen Rick Stein cooking a pork and pineapple curry on Saturday Kitchen.
It looks fantastic and I want to do it, but I missed the details. Is it online anywhere ? I've looked but I can't seem to be able to find it. |

The recipe should be uploaded on the BBC website here sometime after the program has aired.

As stated, you just have to wait for the recent episode details to be uploaded.
In the meantime here is a simple pork & pineapple dish by Ken Hom that I remember from Saturday Kitchen a while back. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/pineapplepork_66274 |

Well then, is the recipe in any of his books ?
If so, which one ? |

I liked the sound of this recipe so dug around a little. Could it be this one?
