It was all going so well...
Until last saturday when I just made a phonecall to upgrade the the broadband, the Lass on the phone (whatever she did) totally ballsed up our bt vision, we lost films and tv for a few days.
Two days we also received a new bt vision box, when I rang to tell them this, they had no idea they'd done that but said I'd be billed for the box if and when either the contract finished and or moved house. Spoke to two people on the phone, the first was rude and did not care about the issues i was suffering with ( all caused by BT) The second was extremely helpful and apologetic, which was nice. Apparently they're sending out a pre-paid postage bag for me to take into work some time next week and spend my lunch hour in the chuffing post office line. Either way, poor show BT. On an unrelated note, I still think BT vision is a fantastic service that meets our needs with aplomb - I'd highly recommend. . . just hope you dont need to contact their CS
