Drizzle olive oil on both interior sides.
Add sliced salami, buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, pitted black olives and rocket. Squeeze together. |

Can I eat it in the current state or does it need to be put in the oven so the inside goes a little cruchy. I know it sounds like a ridiculous question but I don't really buy it

Buy Aldi part baked and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Good value at 69p and a great standby if you run out of fresh bread. Use it as you would any other loaf. I like it straight from the oven with a bit of unsalted butter but I'm a simple soul!
