Which TV?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, or i've missed another great thread about this, but did look and couldn't see anything.
I need a new small TV for the bedroom, ideally 19", due to cabinet size. Is it worth splashing out on a top end Pana or Samsung, or just go budget due to the small size? Any recomendations please?
Thanks for any help

19" is so small it doesn't matter, literally you can't see the difference, at that size it hardly works as a computer monitor where you are much closer. Back on the bed or whatever, and you can't see anything. So high end is a waste of money, you just go for better than nothing picture at value price.

^^^ This. I assume you are going to be 8 to 10ft away so you are not going to notice any difference going for a high end TV
