The 80's was a lot of pop

most people in there 30's liked the pop and thats what we all remember and have fond memories of.

We don't all agree with everything John Peel said

I could add my own list but it would be very similar to most of the previous posts! My favourite band from the era (and still my favourite even now) is Depeche Mode. I'd heard alot of their stuff previously as my older sis had a great 80's record collection, but then I saw "Never Let Me Down Again" on MTV... I've been a rabid fan ever since. I think the track has an armageddon-like quality to it!
