New in ear headphone suggestions?
I'm looking for a pair of fairly good qaulity in ear headphones for around/under the £20 mark. I had a pair of JVC marshmellow ones whcih were great, before before rebuying I was wondering if there were any equlivent or better for a similar price.
And on a little slightly irrelvent side note, has anyone had issue with Skullcandy earphones? After going through my backup and normal ones, I bought a pair, and 5 days later they just stopped working. Nothing beyond usual usage, in fact if anything less than normal. I had the same problem two years ago with another model, and friends have had the same. Never known a pair to last beyond a month. So yeah, sorry, I know not really relevent, but 5 days is pitiful for it's price. ![]() Thanks in advance |

Sennheiser cx300. You should be able to find them for a little over £20. The sound quality is excellent.

They are more than you want to pay but seem worth it as the reviwes that I have read on the Internt are very positive and they look great. When they turn up I will let you all know how the Sennhieiser CX400-ll are. |

JVC FX-66 Air Cushion in ears are usually slightly more expensive than the Marshmallows. I love mine and wouldn't be without them. Having said that I have no issue with the Marshmallows either. Both have a good reputation for inexpensive IEM's

Well I've linked to the cx300 price on Play.com and I'm not basing my opinion on reviews, I'm suggesting them because I own some CX300s and they
a) sound great b) have lasted for 3 years so they should fit what the OP wants. |

To answer your question on Skullcandy's, my mate bought a pair, and as he walked out of the shop, they stopped working for him

I've always been a Sennheiser fan but at the moment I'm on Klipsch X1s and they are great - £18 from Amazon (not Amazon market place)

Sennheiser CX300's are great, they are durable and the sound quality is decent as well.
