Fave supermarket sandwiches?
What supermarket do you think has the best sandwiches? I think Tesco does, I especially love their new one "Tuna Crunch" which is Tuna Mayo, Salad cream, onion, sweetcorn & pepper. Only 79p too

I really like the M&S ones as a rule of thumb -even things like egg and cress feel 'meaty' in that they feel thick, substantial and filling. Tesco ones are always wet limp pap.
Sainsburys do a nice homous and carrot one - sounds plain and too healthy to be interesting but it's actually incredibly delicious. Waitrose do two that I absolutely adore. One is chicken jerk and it comes on a chill bread. Highly recommended. Also love their crayfish with lemon mayonnaise one too. I very rarely buy any supermarket sandwiches though just because it's so much healthier to make their own. I can't beleive how much salt or sugar or fat some of them have. |

The best I've had is the Tesco Smoked ham and mustard.

. Maybe if you buy them when they are reduced price due to being close to their best before date. Thats when the bread goes soggy |

I really like tesco's new mexican chilli chicken - less calories than some of their healthy living range too.

M&S prawn sandwiches! :9 I'll never tire of them. My heart might, eventually, but my head won't!

If ever I do go for shop bought sandwiches I'd sooner go to a Greggs and pick up one - at least I can be half sure it was made fresh that day!
As a rule I rarely have sarnies though, not unless they are homemade! |

I did like the M&S wensleydale and caramised carrot chutney one. Never see it anymore.

Do M&S still do Ham,Cheese and Pickle? I used to eat one virtually every day when I worked near one.
Sainsburys do a lovely Salt Beef and Mustard one. |

No. I am an untapped market. Because they always add sauce in them.

I generally can't go wrong with a CBLT or just chicken, bacon and mayo.
Chicken and stuffing are normally good too. |
