I dont know why I'm enjoying Season 4 more the second time but I am.

Sheree's bitchy asides are spot on at Prince Ayden's birthday party.
I remembered Phaedra had 12 birthday cakes, but forgot how OTT and camp it was. I presume that as the cake makers got a plug then all that cake was provided free and gratis.

I hope that Sheree's son-in-law to be doesn't take her advice on the carats in an engagement ring it'll bankrupt him.

Kim's starting to annoy me again in today's episode, from the flashbacks it seems that what Cynthia said wasn't nearly as bad as she thinks, I highly doubt she was suggesting Kim was racist at all as well.

Whilst l'm not Kim's greatest fan, that was one of several negative things that Cynthia had said about her. I wonder if she says these things just to keep in with Nene. Not a fan of Cynthia, seems like a vacuous twit.

I don't think they will replace a Housewives with a double of Match Maker. With Atlanta we will be in mid-July by the time it ends, then most likely we will get Beverly Hills S3 followed by Orange County S8.

Me too. I'm so sad I'm looking forward to coming back from my 2 week holiday and spending my last week off work on a Housewives marathon!

Probably because there would be too much to edit, it wouldn't be worth their time.

I love how so many are now enjoying the television car crashes that make up the HoWives franchise.
I'm also glad that I dont feel it's just my guilty secret and others are just as caught up in them as me.

OC was quite dark this week. For the first time in aeons, Tamra was watchable. I even felt sorry for her as I can relate to a lot of things in her speech. Overall, I think she came across really well. If she'd get a grip on her anger issues she'd be a much nicer person. She needs to dump the excess baggage that is Eddie, though.

I'm quite liking Lydia. She's got a bubbly, non bitchy vibe about her. Her disapproval of her Mom liking her weed reminded me of Saffy in AbFab.

Still could do without Gretchen, Slimey, Heather and her downtrodden husband.

btw, if Gretchen goes for IVF as Slade's vasectomy isn't going to be reversed, then she isn't giving him "the gift of a child" ( the last gift he needs, I reckon) as he's only firing blanks. Surely she'd have to use a sperm donor?

It would be a couple of words followed by about 20 bleeps. Almost impossible to show before the watershed. It's ridiculous how much I'm looking forward to Sunday though. Just as long as they're done with the "bash Teresa at all costs" storyline.

After watching Season 4 I swore that I would never watch another episode of New Jersey as it was so difficult to view I almost had a panic attack. However, needless to say I have now caved in and will be watching. I do hope that they bring 'square tits' back, even if only for a couple of episodes.

Possibly because the rights are still tied up what with Channel 4 at some point having them.

Im also pretty excited for the return of New Jersey, well excited and slightly nervous, I cant take another season like the last- I nearly gave up on it the toxicity was so bad. But Im ready for the return of Tre and anyway, I really wouldnt be able to stop myself from watching

The OC- I also felt for Tamra this week. I was really surprised when I heard her speech. Its as I keep saying, when shes not being a hateful bitch there is something about Tamra I like to watch. Im with tally though, there is just something about her and Eddie I dont buy.

Gretchen and Slimey Slade just need to be gone. Im so over both of them, I find it laughable that she wants to have a baby with him. He cant/wont support the kids he already has, the last thing they need is another. Ooh, maybe they can rent one?! Like with the Rolls Royce

Lydia I really like. She seems really sweet, though I dont think she has a clue what shes in for when the bitching really kicks in! I actually quite like her scenes with her stoner Mom. That lady is wired to the moon!

Tardy Im still enjoying. Theres just something about this show that is SO watchable! I love Kims kids, her babies are adorable and I love her girls. I loved Brielle getting ready for her Homeoming dance and she looked super cute in her dress and her sparkly trainers. Kim following her and her date to the restaurant to spy on them was funny (Yes I know that scene was so staged, but I enjoyed it!) Also Brielle getting her report card back and managing to pull her grades up, Kims reaction? Lets go car shopping! Brielle is excited, does she want a Range Rover...... or maybe a Jeep Wrangler?! Kroy however is not about to reward her with a fancy car and suggests maybe Kim buy her an ice cream instead. I have a feeling they will buy her some ridiculously expensive car for her 16th though.

I can't remember Cynthia saying much about Kim despite that comment? And besides Kim has said a lot about Cynthia, especially in season 3. Nene wasn't even there when she made the baby comment so I don't think it was anything to do with her

OC is probably the hardest of the franchise to get into for me. I haven't really watched much of previous seasons so I can't really go by its history, so I'm really just judging it by this current season but it's actually kind of dull compared to other Housewives shows.

We're almost 9 episodes in and there's only been one ripple in the biggest storyline of the season - Alexis vs. Tamra, Gretchen & Heather. Producers should have intervened to get these women interacting sooner.

If you think about it, Danielle had hardly ANY interaction with the others during season 2 of New Jersey and when she did it was always explosive - but even then they were all able to deliver drama and good TV on their own. The OC housewives just don't cut it.

As for Tamra this week - I'm sorry, but I actually cringed for her. She said earlier in the episode with the speech coach that she was going to talk about entrepreneur skills - and she ended up talking about her tough past?? If I was in that audience I would feel so awkward. She should be telling this to a therapist, not a room full of strangers!

I've just watched this weeks and I'm so with you. Kim is a different person around her kids and while I fear there's a bit of a control freak showing in Kroy that could become too much, I love the way she's taken to the fact that they discuss everything and work it out together. ( secretly I'm glad that her way worked best, Kroy is way too strict)
I was in stitches at her trying to spy on Brielle and her date/friend, while Brielle's trainers were adorable and she looked lovely. Kim's relationship with her children is great to watch and she makes it such fun.
I'm thinking this is the only spin off series I really enjoy. Vanderpump Rules, the Betheney ones and Kandy Kabin all were rubbish compared to the HW's.
But "Tardy" always leaves me with a big sloppy grin on my face.

just watched some clips from BH S2 and it is annoying how Adrienne just changed she was the peace keeper at most times and always enjoyed herself... then the reunion on S2 then S3 she became such a villain.

That is so true. The rest of the spin-offs Ive never really taken to. But Tardy really is brilliant, I look forward to it every week. The Kim you see on this, compared to RHOA are like 2 different people. I totally agree with you about Kroy by the way, Im starting to notice little things about him aswell. He wanted to take Brielles clothes from her as punishment?! Thats a bit OTT for a couple of bad grades!

I still struggle to see how Vanderpump Rules got a second season The ratings must have been good, but not even the divine Lisa could save it for me. I watched it all, including the reunion but the cast is awful. Theres literally not a likeable one among them, and dont even get me started on Staasi.......... Im not sure that ill be tuning in for season 2 Ill stick to the Housewives for my Lisa time!

Cant wait for Nene's wedding show though and Phaedra's rumoured spin-off should be well worth a look aswell!

I thought Stassi made brilliant TV though. Her narcissism and bitchiness was fun to watch because she was literally one of those high school characters you see in teen movies! The rest I was very indifferent to - Jax and his chunky jumpers only provided eye candy and Scheana's voice alone just grated on me. Sleeping with Brandi Glanville's husband years ago really was the only thing she brought to the table.
