Loved Part 2 of The OC reunion. It was rip Gretchen to shreds time and I loved it. I cannot stand the girl. Don't even get me started on that fake plastic crying. Please! And when she started saying the one thing she regrets about her engagement was not having Alexis there?! As if. She was just as big a bitch to Alexis as the rest of them, and hasn't made even a slight effort with her this season. Alexis wasn't buying it and neither was anyone else. I feel bad for Alexis in a way as I genuinely think there's a part of her that misses Gretchen-God only knows why though. I did laugh at Gretchen saying Alexis is fake on camera what show is Gretch watching?! they are all fake on camera! Heather says Gretchen and Slades engagement felt "hollow" Id go with that. It was such a desperate attempt at a spin-off/wedding special. Totally agree with debailey72 she went OTT with the proposal because it was being filmed by the show. Tamra must have been loving all of that, sitting back with her wedding special already secured! They did a whole back and forth on the Malibu Country thing, and really Heather just needs to let it go. Nobody cared then, and we don't now. Next week looks good though, well, despite the fact desperate Brooks is popping up to talk crap, but we have Brianna coming on and it looks like Vicki is having walk out. You have to love it! Haven't had a chance to watch Miami yet, but hopefully ill catch up tonight. |

Gretchen's crying to me, was so fake
I was going to come back with my thoughts on the 2nd part of The Reunion, but forgot. That was one of the points I was going to make. Since her acting skills are abysmal so she couldn't get an Oscar/Emmy for her crying jag, I'll nominate her for a Razzie instead. That proposal was SO for the show. She deserved everything she got IMO and while I'm not letting Tamra off the hook re her bitchiness, I had at least a smidgeon of sympathy with her. She's far better in Vicky's corner than Gretchen. Speaking of Vicky, seems her drunken ex-beau has been captured slurring his way through obscenities to Ryan son-in-law of all people. http://radaronline.com/exclusives/20...aten-violence/ At least he's apologised!! BARF http://radaronline.com/exclusives/20...on-no-excuses/ |

The casting director for Malibu Country needed to be there for that reunion - screaming backstage like Rosie in New Jersey!
''I'LL RIP OUT HER F***ING TONGUE! I SWEAR TO CHRIST!'' Gretchen: ''Who's yellin'?'' Heather: ''Oh, you know who's yellin'!'' ... Ok, my imagination is getting carried away now! ![]() Was I the only one who thought the voicemail message just sounded like Gretchen pinched her nose and recorded herself? lol |

OK. I watched Miami and sort of enjoyed it. I'm telling myself it's because there was so much time devoted to shoes and closets and "terrible houses" which I'd have in a heartbeat, especially if I had the money to renovate it!I'm going to give Season 2 a go tomorrow ( there's no tennis on till next week) and see if I can follow their stories. At least I may be more empathetic towards them.I do like the fact that the silly bint who was with a Brazilian(?) soap star isn't in this series. I couldn't stand her. No "I told you so's if I do get into it. I thank you.

Oh Ok little Miss fancy pants! I am about to burst into tears now but I won't be shedding a single tear as that is just the way I cry and you'll have to get used to it as I'll be doing A LOT of it.
![]() *Dabs delicately at cheek to wipe away imaginary tear drop* aah the internal cry. Its all the rage these days. Besides, its not a good idea to cry actual tears when your wearing the 17 layers of Gretchen Christine make up. Who knows what kind of reaction may occur?!

I am so glad you mentioned that! It's like her make up is in soft focus as there are so many layers of it!

I love my make up, but there's no way in hell that would go near my face ![]() Gretchen's make up looks horrendous, honestly, there are drag queens with better make up. I just cant take her seriously at all. |

I was just wondering if anyone has seen/heard of The Real Housewives of Dublin? I had no idea it existed, but out of nowhere one of the cast members turned up on Celebrity Big Brother
It was an utterly bizarre casting considering I'm pretty sure the Dublin Housewives aren't even shown in UK. I really wish they'd gone for a US housewife instead, I'm sure there'd be loads that were up for it, and it would have made more sense to have them considering the American version's are actually shown in the UK

Dublin Wives has nothing to do with the Real Housewives.
In fact I think the were forced to changed the name from Dublin Housewives and make a few other changes because it was a complete rip off the Housewives franchises and NBC made that known to the station it aired on. Apparently the head of the channel that made Dublin Wives is now the head of programmes at Channel 5. |

Even if it was one of the OC girls from the early days, since they all, mainly Kimberley, are begging to come back for a season for fame. Sheree needs the money, so does Krazy Kelly. Danielle, Taylor and Faye would probably do it if the money is right. Jill Zarin probably wouldn't do it but if she did I'd die with excitement! |

Taylor always looks rat faced and I think she would be more stable if she ate something. Her daughter also looks really unhappy at her birthday party.
It always makes me laugh when they have tea parties with cakes and nobody eats any of it, it is just decoration. It is obnoxious, when people are starving in America. Lisa is an easy target because she is British, she has a real sense of humour that is Americans don't understand. Adrienne seemed to use the tension to turn against Lisa, because she made a joke and didn't use her business for Pandora's hen party... |

After 3 seasons, it must really stick in Adrienne's craw that her old neighbour Lisa has probably gained so much more from the show than herself. It's pretty obvious now in hindsight that Adrienne used the Real Housewives vehicle for one reason and that was to further her business ventures - her shoe line, her vodka, the Palms, her music company etc. The majority of her stories from the show revolved around promoting them. What did we really learn about Adrienne Maloof's private life? We never saw her children and that's fair enough, but we barely saw her home life at all. Yet, here's Lisa Vanderpump who won the viewers' popularity and she didn't even force her businesses down our throats - we've actually seen her life in Beverly Hills. Oh, and Lisa got the spin-off which I'm sure Adrienne would've killed for! |

You can tell Adrienne absolutely hates Lisa as far back as the Season 1 reunion. Lisa's being her usual witty self, all the other women and Andy are laughing at her comments - but it seems Adrienne is smiling through gritted teeth through out. It's like she can't bare that Lisa seems to have gained popularity with viewers by being naturally witty and sharper.

I just read on allabouttrh that it appears Yolanda and Brandi have fallen out with Lisa. I swear if this is true and they are making Vanderpump into the enemy in Season 4 then I will not be watching.

I'm thinking it's more the case that Brandi is gonna be the season 4 villian (as long rumoured) and in true Lisa fashion she's dumped her out of fear her stock will shrink.
It really looks like they are all turning on Lisa which will not make for an entertaining season. For me anyway. |

Lisa is funny and despite all her money, is still down to earth and very British. And she isn't afraid to comment on the ridiculous aspects of Beverley Hill's life. Adrianne is much more grandiose and flashy and fake. Her concern for the others is always saying the right things but with no sincerity behind them. The idea of her as some kind of peacemaker is ridiculous, she doesn't care at all. She is ice cold. They often turn on the really popular ones, Lisa has good manners too.. In RHONY they turned on Bethenny, she was funny and popular.

I wouldn't worry daisesfan, if you think about it I seriously doubt they would ever make Lisa the villain of the Beverly Hills show because of Vanderpump Rules. Even though its not really about Lisa and instead about vapid young idiots. But its got her name on it and it was a success for Bravo. Either way I can't wait for season 4

Didn't they try and make Lisa out to be the villain I Season 2 and it backfired spectacularly? She's by far the most popular member of the cast ( hell, I even shed a tear during her marriage renewal and I hardly ever shed a tear over anything Howives' related.)
If Andy isn't going senile he wont make that mistake again. I do think Brandi's going to be the whipping girl for the next season. Shame because she brings the drama and I loved her and Lisa's friendship. Surely it's Kyles' turn now they've booted Adrienne

Wasn't Lisa voted the second most popular housewife behind Teresa a few months back on Ryan Seacrest's radio show or something? Teresa won that poll! A housewife that has been turned into the major villain by Bravo on her respective series for the past few years now.
Lisa has been in no way as divisive as Teresa - so I wouldn't expect a major backlash to really hurt Lisa. Mind you, the nosedive of Adrienne's popularity from one season to the next was quite something so you never really know with this show... I think Lisa epitomizes Beverly Hills completely. She really does live this fairytale and OTT lifestyle - her mansion is huge, nearly every woman on planet Earth would kill for her massive wardrobe which is literally the size of my house and she hires a Fronk-type wedding planner! Then there's her wit and charm, her ability to call out the ridiculousness of the lifestyle she has and not to mention - Giggy! She really does provide the 'escapism' viewers want or need when watching these shows.

The problem with Lisa is that her petty, vindictive nature had alienated her from all the women except for Brandi and Yolanda. She's great when she's not in the drama but any bit of minor beef and it's like they've murdered Giggy. She refuses to talk to them and shows this passive aggressive support to whoever is attacking them. And can't seem to get past it.
As big as arse he was I think Cedrics comments about her not having any friends may hold some truth. It's seems Lisa is the type who if you're not with her you're against her. And it seems this is exactly whats happening with Yolanda and Brandi. Lisa was being petty by 'unfollowing' them and got called out for it. |
