So true. I have a real nostalgic fondness for NY (it was the first Housewives franchise I got into properly- I LOVED it) so I really want the next season to be good. As you say, if its not. Its gone for sure. I still think the biggest mistake was axing so many of the ladies at the same time, particularly Jill. Last season just didn't gel for me at all. And the ratings totally reflected that.

I think the Housewives in general is just coming to an end, sad as that makes me They have to keep Atlanta though, at least a few more seasons! That's the only one I really bother about so as long as they stick with the ladies of Hotlanta I'm happy Beverly Hills can stay as well. Actually I think Atlanta and Bev Hills are perfect franchises to focus on.
To be honest maybe just having a couple of franchises could breathe a bit more life into the Housewives. Id still love to see a new city, with new women (Dallas anyone?!), but it might be a bit late in the game for that now- and only if they axe a load of the other franchises first. And maybe stop with the spin-offs aswell? I love Don't be Tardy though, and Nene's wedding special has been fab, but do we really need more Vanderpump Rules, or Caroline's possible spin-off? I think not.

I think its fair to say Miami is gone though, the ratings are awful, and to be honest this season really hasn't held my attention the way Season 2 did. I love the feel of it, and the way its filmed, but this season just hasn't been that great. The season 3 reunion sounds like it'll be drama packed though so ill stick with it for that. Its a shame Miami just hasn't taken off though, season 2 was fab.

I don't really see Ladies of London making much of a splash either, but ill certainly check out the first couple of episodes when they air. See what its all about.

What makes you think that? Ratings for most of them are still quite good. The only one I can see them axing is Miami and maybe NY if ratings fall in the new season.

Andy Cohen/Bravo said a few months back they only expect another 2/3 years of the housewives before it's completely gone. Miami is a goner, I reckon NY is too, there's literally no buzz for the new season. Think of how many stories got reported during NJ, BH, ATL, OC filming then think of the NY reportings.

NY will probably be going after this season unless it turns around.

NJ has lost a lot of ratings this season, if it doesn't pull them in for S6 next year I can't see it going much longer, maybe a S7 as a last chance attempt to reclaim it's glory.

Season 3 Beverly Hills ratings were down on Season 2's and I'm unsure if it will increase this season (although I'm hopeful they go up) - the trend with Housewives shows are once they go down they keep going down. Beverly Hills needs more glitz and glamour this time around.

OC ratings have fallen for the past 2/3 seasons and, if I'm honest, I can't see them picking up because although it's scenery and look is amazing the drama isn't there. I'm over Vicki and Brooks as well.

Atlanta is the only one improving at the moment. Season 5 will be hard to top, especially the reunion.

It's not on a UK channel... Season 6 starts in the US on Bravo next week, and online if you don't want to wait for it to come to UK tv.

According to Kandi's tweets from yesterday her and Todd didn't get married... I guess we'll have to wait to the season finale to find out

So I have just caught up with all of Miami now is anyone else sick of Joanna? If I find her a very jealous woman the way she treated Lisa was horrible I know they made up in the recent episode but still don't buy it.

She's so hyper dramatic, and her argument with Lisa was ridiculous. If I were Lisa there's no way Id have agreed to be her bridesmaid again, not until she gets medicated!

I've heard things go seriously south with them at the Reunion though, so that should be something to watch.....

I cant make up my mind about Alexia, I don't quite get her. But I do feel she's quite "real", at least in the way her issues with her boys have been addressed, so I applaud her for that. My heart breaks for what her youngest has been through with his accident and recovery, etc and I'm so glad to see how much he's improved. Her eldest needs a serious reality check though.

Its a shame Miami hasn't taken off. I think it has loads of potential, and I love how its filmed. Its so glossy, and just looks fab to watch. This season hasn't grabbed me the way Season 2 did though, but I still think its miles better than the last couple of seasons of New Jersey!

Speaking of, it seems Dina has confirmed via Twitter that she will indeed be back for Season 6 of New Jersey. Hardly a shock though, I think everyone knew she was back.

yeah they way Miami is edited it great has that really glossy feel to it i hope Beverly hills follows in that cause BH is very Glamourous.

For anyone wondering where to find Beverly Hills season 3 - it will begin airing on Tuesday on the Lifetime channel which launches on Monday, November 4th.

Lifetime will be on channel 156 on Sky and channel 242 on Virgin Media.

OC on E! is series 1 as it's mentioning Jo getting used to being engaged. Maybe they plan on showing it all right up to and including the latest series, although I hope ITV2 show it next. I won't hold my breath though!

Nope, I don't like the dramas. I've been seriously put off this year by both Miami and NJ.
Miami, as I keep moaning makes me bored with all of them. Joanna's histrionics, the sex therapy, the stupid bridesmaid arguments, all of their abilities to fly off the handle and be OTT about the stupidest of things. After weeks of Anna's "she's been married for 6 years" or whatever, it just has me rolling my eyes as to what they'd do if they had any real life troubles. Does it matter? She's lived a lie but it only makes her seem more stupid than she already is. If I felt any sympathy with them then maybe I'd enjoy it more. Butt I shall look forward to The Reunion. Last year there was so much shouting/screeching and general threats that I feared for Andy's life.

On the other hand I was laughing like a drain yesterday as I watched "I Dream Of Nene" in one fell swoop.
Now that's drama. Marlo is in a league of her own and talk about the bride to be being in danger of being upstaged!!
But to misquote from Dirty Dancing "Nobody Puts Nene in The Corner" and it's the second spin off I've enjoyed, both of them from Atlanta.
I don't want any more spin offs though. They water down the original.

I've just seen, Lifetime launches on Nov 4 in the Bio slot. Looks like RHW Beverly Hills season 3 starts on Tues at 9pm on the Lifetime channel

Bio is being taken over by "Lifetime" on Monday so it will cease to exist.

Lifetime make some good Reality shows (Project Runway etc) and hopefully they'll show them as TLC are doing with their productions. I don't know if Lifetime is as trashy as TLC but bring it on! If it's trash I'll give it a go.

As I've said it's good not to engage my brain. Very relaxing and great for convincing yourself your life is far, far better than these participants.

tally I knew I could count on you to be watching Nene's wedding spin-off. Wasn't it just fabulous?! I cant tell you how much I've enjoyed it all. There's a reason why Nene is Queen of the Housewives. Loved all the bridesmaid-zilla drama and Nene keeping watch like a ringmaster over ALL of it, I just cant with Marlo She's cray cray. Did she really think Miss Leakes is just going to standby and let her grab the camera time. You don't mess with Nene! Looks like Nene is regretting having such a famewhore in her bridal party though, and I really hope we see some of that play out on Atlanta this season.

Loved the wedding itself, I thought it was gorgeous and perfect for Nene. It was like spot the Bravo star aswell, we had Gretchen and Slade from The OC, Marysol from Miami, Jill Zarin! Patti Stanger, aswell as the Atlanta ladies of course. Minus Kenya! I loved her little scene with Kim aswell, I thought it was really sweet. She seemed genuinely pleased that Kim came.

I wonder who bravo will give the bad edit to on BH this season between Brandi and Lisa I think Brandi will IMO I just find Brandi shady now and I liked her in past seasons but her comments about Lisa have put me of her. Also Lisa has kept quiet about everything.

Judging by the trailer we've seen and the news stories that Lisa is now ''friendless'' amongst the cast - it would appear Lisa is the target this season. It remains to be seen if she'll get a bad edit. I would be surprised because it seems Lisa is quite pally with Andy Cohen. Would they want her to be turned into the villain?

Having said that though, being a target for Teresa actually made her far more popular with fans.

If lisa does get the bad edit it will only make her fan base grow bigger imo i mean look at Teresa's. The Hate for Brandi has got bigger everytime she has opened her mouth on twitter, I liked Brandi but seeing the way she has bad mouthed lisa during the entire filming for this season and after has put me of her big time. If this season does end up a Bash Lisa everytime then i will stop watching cause i hated it when it happened to Teresa.

Dont like the intro this season seems quite lame and there are so many HW this season! Im interested to see what the new HW will bring to this season.

Im still excited for monday dont get me wrong but im also nervous to what can of worms this season will bring.
