Just read on twitter that apparently Aviva has stated Carole and Heather are getting canned next season and they are bringing back Bethenny and Jill. Can't see that being true to be honest, but I would love it if it was.

I can see Bethany coming back and it would be a good scoop for NY she was my favourite on the show as for Jill I dont think it will happen i think she has burned so many bridges with Bravo and her stint on WWHL was a disaster BUT Andy might just have to bite his tongue and get her back I cant see her refusing cause she loves being the centre of attention. bravo won't just axe NY even if this seasons ratings dont go up they will 'hopefully' give it another chance bring back some originals and then see how it goes but Bravo also need to sort out the filming they cant afford to have such a long gap between shooting and airing on TV as storylines become old or they miss out on the good stuff.

BIB- it may have been a disaster for her reputations but it brought in huge ratings. That's thing with Jill, people either watch her because they like or because they like to hate her. Either way, they still watch.

It would be strange to see Bethenny back, but if she is it wont be for more than one season. She'll probably get bribed by Andy. One season of RHONY for a talk show or something like that.

I agree about the long gaps between shooting. I think a lot of the problem with NY is that everything seems contrived and forced. The trailer didn't do much to hype the show, it was quite underwhelming.

I like Carole too, but in all honesty I wouldn't miss her if she left. Same for Heather. If it was a choice between Carole and Heather or Bethenny and Jill returning, I would definitely take the latter and I am no Bethenny fan.
With Andy's job change, does he actually have a say in who's cast on the show now?

He's still a producer isn't he? i thought he just want a product for Bravo or whatever he was. I agree with what you say if that was the choice between the newbies or originals then id go with Beth and Jill

She already whores her bitter divorce out every which way she possible can, why would I want to see it even more on the Housewives?!!

Because, as bad as that is, it's still more exciting than Aviva being fake friends with everyone, Sonja 'not toaster over' Morgan & crazy eyes when she has no one to fight with.

The only real thing that was good during the first episode and most of last season was the genuine friendship between Heather and Carole. However, I'm sure when Aviva flips her lid again it'll be interesting.

Plus, Bethenny still owes Ramona a good ol' walk along the Brooklyn Bridge. As bad as Bethenny is, she can still be funny.

Despite the BH reunion looking fantastic, the show is still not rating as well as past seasons. I think we can expect some major cast changes for S5.

I dont watch NY, but I know that Bethenny's talk show recently got cancelled so I wouldn't be surprised if she returned.

But then again I found the Bethenny, Jill rivalry nasty and boring. And seasons 3 and 4 the worst of any Housewives seasons across all the franchises.

The Sonja stuff is probably my favourite bit about the show. It's is the semi-tragic descent of a New York society broad but mixed with humor and silliness and moxy. She's becoming the Edie Beale of our generation. That's what I find entertaining.

Also my favourite part of the trip last season was the gossiping over Luann's pirate fella, not Aviva shouting a lot.

I'm not sure if the show can recover. The viewers have made it clear they don't want any more new comers and the old cast might not want to come back - other than Taylor who's living in Colorado. I'd love to see Camille, Adrienne and Taylor all back in some capacity.


If Bethenny and Jill both come back I don't see a rivalry...for long anyway. I can see a reconciliation, if Luann minds her own business this time, in the end. It was quite obvious Bethenny still cared for Jill when she shut Andy down at the reunion when he was going in on Jill, probably the only time I liked Bethenny that season. I liked when they were friends, they were hilarious.

I liked Sonja a lot in the first episode. Last season, I didn't. I just found it sad to watch someone dwindle down in a spiral the way she did towards the end. As much as I like to watch the women be asses, I don't like watching their lives and themselves fall apart.

The best part about the pirate was Ramona interrogating him all night the next night. Aviva's craziness last season on the trip was the only big drama the entire season, it was definitely one of the highlights and actually boosted the ratings.

I'd be surprised if Heather & Carole get the boot. Then again, they do seem a bit too normal for all this - let's just see how this season plays out first.

With Beverly Hills finishing in a few weeks and then Atlanta a few weeks later we have NY until July and OC until Aug (both estimates based on their last seasons length) so where does NJ come in? That usually starts airing between April - June. We know they're almost done filming so I hope it isn't kept for months before airing, like NY. Then the other question...what bridges the gap between those lot finishing and BH & ATL returning in November? Miami isn't filming until later on this year (according to Alexia). I think they should have a few months break between those 3 finishing and the other 2 starting.

I enjoyed this weeks episode of NY even though they are arguing over a book but still interesting but i really do fell like Aviva is creating this for the sake of it i think she is playing ALOT harder to get the camera time and she knows by starting arguments it will get her the airtime she wants. Im on Carols side though for Aviva to say 'oh she had a ghost writer' when Carol is a respected writer is just nasty and pathetic. I was waiting for the Leg to go on the floor Next weeks episode looks Ok as the fight continues but doesn't look like anything else will happen.

Im not surprised by the ratings for BH people have turned off and have you heard that there is a petition to get Brandi of the show! Brandi has slammed it on twitter but she should watch her mouth because imo she IS the reason why people have turned of she is classes, trashy and is not Beverly Hills which is all about Wealth, Big houses and Class which she has none of. Carlton and Joyce are over for sure but Bravo need to realise brining new HW won't save the show Carlton and Joyce proved that unless they can get Camille or Adrienne back or both then S5 may just be its last, I agree Andrew Taylor will come back if she was asked and i would like to see her back she has a new man and a new life so who knows she could interesting still ? Lisa and Kyle need to stay as they are the faces of the show and to lose one will do more damage to the show.

Totally agree about NY, I really enjoyed it. I do like Carole but Aviva is becoming a favourite of mine just for the sheer cray cray she brings. I don't know who said it in an earlier post but she is the Kenya Moore of NYC. Of course in 'real life' I would be totally team Carole, for the purposes of HW's, i'm leaning towards Aviva. Plus i'm always uncomfortable when it's a group of women against one regardless of who it is.
I think the leg on the floor will be the season finale for sure.

Just read on Twitter that Faye Rancid has denied she is going to return to BH next season, in the words of Melissa Gorga, 'Thank you Jesus!'. I think Kim being demoted was inevitable as besides her scenes with Kingsley she has hardly been shown and has had no real storyline. When praying next to a bin is a 10 minute segment on the reunion show, you know your days are numbered. Yolanda, I wouldn't even want to see as FOTH, get shot of her altogether, she brings nothing but stupidity.
I think Joyce may stay and Carlton will go, so bring back Camille and Taylor. I never really disliked either one, even Camille in season 1 was entertaining to me.

Regarding that petition it's at almost 5,000 signatures. As much as I have disliked Brandi this season, I still wouldn't sign something to get a single mother fired from her job. Besides, it wouldn't make a difference if there was 50,000 signatures, Bravo and Andy love her, so she will be back for sure.

With me though its getting to a point where I actually hate Brandi i know its only a TV show but just the way she has gone on this season has made me dislike her more and more I use to Love Brandi when she was on S2 i thought she was exactly what the show needed BUT ever since Palm springs her downfall began and then this whole beef with Lisa is annoying and just comes across as desperate to get storylines. I think that rumour of her being told to go against Lisa is true i think she thought it would work and would help her success on the show but its done the complete opposite and now fans are turning on her. She should also leave Twitter because she tweets some really stupid stuff and mean stuff to at times, I do think she regrets going against Lisa but its to late now.

Andy can Love Brandi but if fans want her of then he will have to bite his tongue and get rid of her she does bring Drama yes but its gone beyond petty stuff to plain alienating herself and manipulating the women to turn on each other.

I had no problems with Taylor although last season she could of done more but with her new life now i think we will see this new side to her.

the way i look at it is this:

if they keep Brandi then they need to even out the field and bring in the likes of Taylor and Camille to against her or at least people who are not afraid of her because Kyle is imo because she knows now if she dumps Brandi then she will end like Lisa.

Atlanta- Ooh Apollo. Phaedra needs to kick his ass to the kerb, its blatantly obvious they are working each others last nerve, but I totally agree the guilt is written all over his face, he is SO shady and the way he was with Kenya. I can totally see Phaedra cutting him loose and I wouldn't blame her. I'm a massive Phaedra fan and she is worth better than him. Its annoying, I used to find Apollo so sexy but I've gone totally off him now with all this It was blatantly obvious Kenya had ulterior motives with that swim in the grotto. I have to say though, for all her shadiness I live for Kenya, she is ridiculously cray-cray, and major entertainment! Her, and Phaedra's talking heads are the best. They always throw the best shade.

Regarding 8 housewives for next season?! I just cant see that being true, and Lord why would they give Mynique a spot? I'm sure she's nice enough, but she cant cut it with these ladies. She was read by ALL of them during that Savannah trip earlier in the season. Marlo I just cant with her as a full-time HW. Don't get me wrong, I can appreciate that she is DRAMA and she brings it every time, but she's better in small doses, I like that she comes in, stirs the pot and exits to the left. Having said that I think she would do anything to hold a peach.

I do think its time we get to the Reunion now though. Surely it must be filming soon? Atlanta is by far my fave franchise, and I could watch them all day long and not get bored. But I think this Reunion is going to be brilliant, and I cant wait to see it!

Beverly Hills- So, Part 1 of the reunion was ok. I totally expected a bit more as well though. Count me in with the get shot of Yolanda crowd though! I cant with her, she's so contrary! I get that she's had a tough time with the Lyme disease and I can sympathise, but seriously her story changes every 2mins about how long she was ill for. A year, 6 months....18. Please. And of course Lisa is just this manipulative witch apparently Its quite pathetic the way the rest of these women pounce on her. Jealousy is an ugly thing, indeed! Joyce was interesting, I at her comment about Brandi and her tampon string incident! that was brilliant! I do think maybe Joyce should have reigned it in a little though, she came out the gates fighting, and honestly I'm not sure how much of an impact she will have in the next 2 parts still to come. Carlton was fine, but I'm done with her. Be gone! She looked better at the reunion than she has all season though, so ill give her that. Kim, well its time she was demoted. I think she will be better suited to a smaller role. I do not need anymore of the Kim/Kingsley show, or her praying next to trash cans. She didn't bring much this season. I think she lightens the mood, and that's great, but its not exactly what's going to keep her on the show. I meant to mention this after the ep, but how gorgeous is her ex?! Her daughters father, Well done Kim!!

I think Carlton and Joyce are done now. Carlton for sure, maybe Joyce could pull off another season. I wouldn't mind if she did. Demote Kim to a Friend, and Yo (or get rid of her) keep Lisa and Kyle. Brandi, isn't going anywhere. Petition or not, she's safe. Bravo love her. Bring back Camille, Id love that! But I could do without Adrienne and certainly Taylor.

New York- really enjoyed it again. Carole and Aviva sniping at each other about who exactly wrote their books was petty, but fun! Aviva throws major shade. She is deff going to cause ructions this season and I cant wait till her craziness comes pouring out! Her comparing writing a book to an E-mail was hilarious, and trying to say Carole wasn't a "real" writer because she's wrote one book. A very respected, and praised book, but I'm sure that wasn't important to Aviva! I could not believe when she asked Harry, in front of their son, if he and Sonja were "f*ck buddies!" She is her fathers daughter! Talking of Sonja, I still cringe a bit for her, but I like watching her, and she was looking fabulous on her date with Harry so good on her!
Bethenny and Jill coming back? I don't see it happening. Wasn't it Aviva that said it anyway? she's just trying to get the rumour mill buzzing. Id be surprised to see Carole or Heather get axed, but even if they did, I don't see Bravo bringing in Jill to replace them. Noooooooooooooooooooooo. Why is everyone wanting less Kim? I want more Kim! If she is willing to participate like a proper housewife then lets go. She can easily start dating as a storyline. Plus, she's the only current cast member, other than Joyce, who is prepared to go against Brandi. If Kim MUST be a friend then I hope it's a prominent friend role.

You can totally tell that Brandi is going for Kyle next season, it's obvious by the way she was sniping at her during the reunion.

I'm so here for a return of Faye. Everything she ever accused Lisa & Brandi of was admitted by them this season. Her and Adrienne were on the money with those two. I loved Faye the first time around so I'm happy if she comes back - although, I'm unsure how she would do in a fulltime role, I'd prefer a friend role.

Joyce will probably be staying, she's comes out the best on this season. Although she's irritating, people don't seem to take issue with her like they do others - which could be her downfall I suppose.

Kim will be much better suited a friend of the HW plus Kyle will more then likely have Kim with her for the majority of filming so Kim will still be there for parties and the vacations but as a full-time wife who has there own screen time....sorry she just doesn't bring anything apart from her humour which is funny but thats about it. I cant see her going against Brandi neither Kyle I think Kyle knows if she does then Brandi will have her on a plate like she has Lisa.

As for Faye are you mad she was disgusting and i hated her like i really could not stand her at all she just came across as desperate to get a place on the show every time she was on screen and she got ALOT of hate last season she was getting so much abuse on twitter.

I'd only be interested in Kim next season if she focused on getting out there and auditioning for acting roles or concentrating on her love life. This season for her has been all about showing the stability in her life now but if she wants to continue on this show she really needs to adapt more to the group. She's always sort of been the outsider, only there as a tag-along to Kyle.

Anyway, Lisa's blog is brilliant this week. It seems she's now actually embracing the ''chess player'' title. Let's be honest, I think anyone would prefer being labelled as calculating and manipulative over some of the words we could use to describe the other women at the reunion - classless, idiotic, whiny, relentless, hypocritical.

I love that everyone are posting such large posts in the thread! It's interesting to hear everyones thoughts about all 3 shows. One thing I have noticed this week after watching all three shows is what helps make an interesting season and that is having multiple storylines. With Atlanta this season we have 3 big storylines with Kandi and Momma Joyce, Nene Vs Kenya/Marlo and Phaedra/Apollo/Kenya triangle and then a number of smaller storylines to the side, I wonder if that is contributing to its amazing ratings this year. Beverly Hills on the other hand has just one big storyline and not much else. Its fairly obvious changes are going to be made but they need to stop bringing in strangers as new HW to the group. I would keep Lisa, Kyle and Yolanda. I don't want Brandi but with her appearing on the Celebrity Apprentice I doubt they are going to fire her just now so I'm expecting her to stay. Kim down to a friend and a couple of new wives that have existing links to the cast! The first part of the reunion was kinda dull tbh. Brandi just infuriates me tbh.

I am liking New York it was a good episode as Aviva is such a good villain. I do like how Carole is just not taking her BS. It is obvious Aviva just wants some press for her own book which she has succeeded. I was shocked at how that discussion evolved as Carole was so drama free last year and its only the second episode in and Carole is calling Aviva and bitch and a phony in her own home! (She's not wrong either ) Two great lines this week with Caroles "Is Kelly Bensimon your ghostwriter?" and Ramonas "You have 2 eyes and one leg!". it actually made me smile a few times with Sonja and Kristen is funny too actually. I can't remember what she has said but I don't hate her so far. I need some Countess though!

I find the shows more enjoyable when they are funny so would love Bethenny and Jill back if they were reconciled - the sharp humour was great

I loved it yrs back when Vicki got her assistant to have a bikini wax, it was so funny. Too much fighting makes it like Eastenders and that's just depressing

So according to Carol's blog, Carol actually helped Aviva by vetting her ghostwriter before the lunch where Aviva denied she had one.

Back after a loooong break due to several medical problems which included hospital stays and New Years Eve in a Care Home which my nephew rescued me from asap. So I've everything to catch up on.
I haven't watched BH yet but I've had a huge dollop of Atlanta and now up to date. There's too much to condense 18 episodes into this post but one or two random observations.
What the hell has happened to Nene? Methinks she should take the saying "Be nice to people on the way up because you'll meet them on the way down. Her ego is totally out of control and her edit is making her really hateful
Kenya is great if overdoing it in the need to keep herself relevant. I'm actually liking her instead of liking the carcrash that was the drama of last season.
What the hell has escalated the violence. Have they been watching too much NJ. It was uncomfortable to watch. Both at the Wine thing and also the Bedroom do. Apollo is a nasty little man, Kandy's boyfriend isn't too great either. I think he's got ulterior motives, but her Mum should shut the hell up. She's a grown woman.
I've never seen this side of Cynthia. Loving the bitchier more controversial way she is.
Phaedra still cracks me up in her TH. She causes me to roar with laughter most of the time. I wonder how long she'll be able to keep Apollo under her iron rule?
And, finally, Aiden is a complete poppet.
