I would suspect that Nene's season 6 storyline was supposed to be her big Hollywood career... But then New Normal was cancelled, Glee had the delays and she wasn't cast in anything else.

Instead of getting on with it and doing something else, she just turned bitter & bitchy for the season.

I'm loving the dynamics changing in the group frequently this season. It's keeping it fresh. This is what Atlana is good at and that's a big reason they feel fresh and exciting every season. I hope New York continues this trend. This season has really found its pace and i think Kristen is a big factor in that as she got rid of the old girls vs new girls vibe of last season, by being the new new girl.

I was loving the scene with Ramona, Sonja, Kristen & Aviva. It felt really natural and the drama was juicy! I'm loving Kristen stand up to Ramona and not take her crap. I can't believe Ramona threw the drink over and next week another drink...then the whole glass. Either Ramona has lost it or Kristen is doing something behind the scenes.

I felt bad for Sonja, until she started being mean to Luann again. I'm really liking Luann this time around, we need her back in the intro! It's quite disappointing that they demoted her when she's there all the time. Seriously though, what is Sonja's product/brand? I loved Luann bringing up the toaster oven because I was thinking the same!

Aviva being a bit more toned down this episode has been great for her 'character' as well. I like Aviva, she's playing the housewives game pretty well.

It feels like Heather and Carole are on a different show for me, they aren't meshing with the cast well and are doing their own thing quite a lot. Caroles reluctance to let book-gate go really put me off her, although she does come out with some great zingers! I used to like Heather but where has this 'street' thing came from? Even when she came in to Carole's and was like "hey mama"...it's just weird. Does anyone know if there have been any developments in the Yummy Tummy vs Spanks legal matter?

As much as I like Heather & Carole I think this should be their last season. Ramona, Sonja, Luann, Aviva & Kristen are doing great though.

I don't think I agree. Nene has never needed a storyline. People don't watch for 'storylines' as such, more people just being people with the stories growing from it. And Nene has been incredibly watchable whatever she's doing.

Except that is when she closes down.... but ironically she closes down when the show tries to contrive a storyline. She's been a bit of a horror this season but I am going to stick up for her a bit.

I do think Nene acts bitter and bitchy and puts a wall up but it does just seem to be a defense mechanism. And while the way she reacts might not be the right way I can understand a little bit why after the stunt production pulled during season 4.

I can't blame her for being suspicious. I mean it was an open secret at the time of filming Marlo had been deliberately hired (a second time) behind Nene's back to give Kenya and storyline and try and build on the Kenya vs Nene thing. And like with season 4 when the show tries to manipulate a story for Nene she shuts down and won't play. But I do thinks she gets overly suspicious of those involved and definately put those walls up a bit too high.

NeNe Use to be so funny and my favourite HW next to Teresa but from s5 to now she has just annoyed me with her attitude and this reunion she just looks bored and looks like she can not be asked to be there. does anyone else think Bravo will be giving the Atlanta cast pay rise for those who are kept on I mean this has been the most successful season and the mose watched Real Housewives out of all the franchises so i imagine they will be getting a pay rise whether NeNe's will increase who knows, she already gets $1million per season and thats more then enough but i can see her asking for more. Kenya deserves a pay rise and so does Kandi.

Yeah, I think they'll definitely get a pay rise. I think housewives always get a pay rise at the end of each season - unless, like New York, the ratings are a complete disaster. Kenya and Kandi will definitely get quite a big pay rise. However, Nene I'm unsure of, it'll probably depend on what she brings to the season. IMO, the cast should be given a starting fee for example, Nene gets $1 million as a starting fee but if she brings it then she'll get $1.2 million or something like that. It's about time the housewives are made to work for the money rather than be boring and half assed because they know they're getting the fee. I think the housewives get bonuses for good ratings though.

Rumours going around suggested Nene encouraged Brandi to take on Lisa, apparently in order to become the fave you need to take down the fave. Or so Nene told Brandi

Lisa's the favourite? I'm not as invested in the other series as much as RHOA, but I consider RHOBH a close third behind RHOOC. I always thought Kyle was the top dog of that one, not Lisa.

Good job we all actually watched Beverley Hills to know this makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Brandi didn't become 'the most hated' by taking on Lisa, her popularity dropped by taking on Joyce. In fact she probably became a little less hated as she was midseason to meerly being disliked during the second part of the season when she had some problems with Lisa.

She was only disliked for her attitude with Joyce because Joyce isn't even established or that well liked either, the real mass hate came when she went for Lisa. Lisa is by far the most popular of the Beverly Hills women (Kyle would only be second) and Brandi's anti-Lisa stuff came from nowhere. Some BS about Lisa not calling her every morning.

I think Beverly Hills is the only franchise that doesn't have a sole top dog. Kyle and Lisa both share the crown. Kyle leaving would have the show fall apart though, it's quite clear she's the one running things behind the scene's - it was most obvious this season how she was giving the new girls questions that allowed them to show who they were and what they were about.

Brandi's popularity falling was a plethora of things. After season 2 she had the sympathy vote and being Lisa's sidekick helped her a bit. However, during season 3 her popularity took a hit when she revealed the surrogacy, the season 3 reunion affected the popularity of Brandi, Lisa & Yo as they came off like mean girls (& Lisa admitting she lied to protect Yo and hurt Kyle done her no favours), then there was all the bad press about her being drunk and the tampon/flashing photo that got releases - this all affected her popularity before season 4. Her, Lisa & Yo once again as a team lost popularity for their constant snipping and bitching about the others (especially the scenes where Lisa made the house comment and they said Kyle had no friends at lunch and then the magazine lunch at Carltons), after this Brandi's fight with Joyce lost her a lot of popularity which was not necessarily because of Joyce but more so because Brandi looked a hot mess. However, the main turning point was when she joked that she wished she had been molested, everyone jumped ship at this point. The Lisa falling out pretty much gained Brandi popularity as she got some of the Kyle/Adrienne/Kim/Camille support. In all honesty, the only people season 4 was kind to for support was Kyle, Kim & Joyce, whether that be down to editing or whatever.

I thought Nene hated Brandi? I remember she called Brandi a ''trainwreck'' during her one on one with Andy last year.

Where did they lose popularity? On here? Because it looks to me like Brandi and Lisa were still favourites before they fell out and Kyle was way down the list. I have a link to an article about this but it's on my phone, I'll try to post it.

Just because they didn't become the most hated didn't mean they didn't lose popularity, a lot of people didn't agree with what they did. AllAboutTRH is the one I trust most for the popularity stuff and Twitter. I used to trust Bravo until an employee came out and said they were paid to write negative things about certain HW's.

They came out as most popular though. I've always wondered why they got so much hate on here. Although any article is also just the person writing its opinion too.

The mass hate came from the taunting and racial comments made towards Joyce.

I know Lisa's crazy fans (the Vandernuts) act like it was some crazy conspiracy and it's all about Lisa but really the last half of the season was Brandi and Lisa playing survival of the fittest. Both were getting huge amounts of negative press over the Kyle/Mauricio stuff (while it was going on not while it was showing) Lisa suddenly distanced herself from Brandi and getting back in with Kyle who the press were sympathizing with. Brandi then played her hand.

How Nene comes into this is beyond me. It's as ridiculous as most the Vandernut theories who seem to like to paint this idea that everyone is conspiring against Lisa if they dare to not like her.

I know there was rumours Adrienne and Camille might be returning, but I'm finding it hard to see why Adrienne would return when the people who took her down are still there, unless bridges have been built. Camille I know is having a hard time recently, but I think she might. She did become a favourite in Season 2 + 3. Add her, bin Joyce and demote Kim then add two new wives with Camille.

Also, Sheree has apparently been seen filming with Miss Lawrence and Derek J for Kandi's Wedding Spin-off. While it might mean nothing for Atlanta, it could be the way of 're-introducing' her to the series.

If anything, the Beverly Hills ratings have shown they don't want new wives. They went down when Brandi and Yolanda joined the cast permanently and then nose dived last season when Camille & Adrienne left and Joyce and Carlton came on. That's why there's rumours that they're getting the old cast back.

I feel bad for Taylor. She's the only one that has been vocal about how she wanted back and is the only one that isn't rumoured to come back. I liked Taylor and it'd be nice to her back to see her new life.

Adrienne is a business woman. If she is returning it will be to promote her products. She's been hanging around with Kyle & Camille quite a few times recently, and Joyce too, she's always got on well with Kim so she gets on well with most of the cast. If both Adrienne and Yolanda come back I can definitely see a Lisa/Yolanda vs Adrienne/Camille season, I don't know why but I get the feeling that's what will happen.

I think Kyle, Brandi, Kim, Joyce, Camille, Adrienne & Lisa would make a good cast. With Taylor, Yolanda, Shiva & Faye as friends. Carlton can go, she would have probably been an asset with the show if she didn't try to take down Kyle from the get go to align herself with Lisa. The only problem with having Kim on the cast is that everyone gets on with her so I'm not sure who she'd fight with, same with Kyle, unless they fall out with Brandi again. Another way would to maybe demote Lisa, because she's pretty much over it and I can't deal with Ken screaming and verbally abusing all the women again, and replace her with Carlton or Shiva if she manages to fire it up with Kim & Kyle.


I think Sheree is maybe coming back. She's been campaigning like hell on Twitter to get back.

Maybe its not so much people are not receptive to new housewives but maybe we just need better housewives in BH? I think you need to keep things fresh by adding new people and getting rid of the deadwood. Look at Kenya in Atlanta or Shannon so far in OC (Which has been really good so far this season) Ratings have dropped for the past two seasons so they need to do something drastic. The show just got dark towards the end of the season and thats why I am liking OC. There is just a lightness to it. There are only 4 cast members and a little drama but its entertaining. NY is the same, I think its been really good this season. I'm glad we seem to be over book-gate now.

I cant see Adrienne coming back S3 was a disaster for her but maybe Camille has been talking to her and telling that she could use another season to redeem herself as it worked for Camille in S2 when she was hated in S1. But will Andy even want her back i mean she refused to film the reunion and surely thats not going to be forgotten by drama queen Andy.

I can't be because it was dark. Season 2 ratings were the highest and that was by far the darkest Real Housewives season ever. I would even say season 3 was darker than season 4. Season 4 was an ok season but because Lisa was on the receiving end rather than the giving her fans didn't like it. Season 4 had some really cool scenes like the boxing stuff, the Kim/Kyle/Joyce trio scenes were hilarious too. When a housewive doesn't play along it ruins the shows momentum, i.e. Adrienne & Lisa. The great thing about season 1 & 2 were everyone played along.

Joyce was the perfect HW for Beverly Hills. The ratings went down when Camille left full time in Season 3 and then down further in season 4 when Adrienne & Taylor left. That shows that people liked the original cast. Resting HW's then bringing them back does freshen the show up I think.

I do agree about the OC. I think that feels fresh because Gretchen and Alexis are gone and even though I like Alexis they both had the same storyline for about 3/4 seasons. Beverly Hills at least has changed them over time. I like New York too, Heather and Carole are pulling it down for me though. I like them but they don't really make any effort to be apart of the group and their duo scenes don't come off that great to watch either. I'm loving New York being in the Hamptons though - can we just change the name to The Real Housewives of the Hamptons and have them film there? I wish more of them had houses there though. So far this season we've only seen Sonja's rented one, Luann's is amazing, Ramona's is great too but we've barely seen it, Heather's is a nice next to the beach even though it's not over-overwhelmingly great. Where is Kristen's, Aviva's and Carole's or at least where are they staying?

It doesn't matter what Andy wants, he can't hire or fire anyone now he's no longer at Bravo. If Adrienne comes back she'll be having her contract so tight that it protects her. With Brandi in the state she is all Adrienne needs to do is come back and remind everyone what she did which will give her some support. Camille and Kyle will be talking her around for sure.

NY ratings is sad because this season has actually been really good but as i said before its Bravos fault, I have hope though that toward the end ratings are ok and hopefully the reunion might bring a big number.

It is sad. Not just the ratings but the quality of the show. Even though I'm enjoying the show it is not a patch on the first 4 seasons - a massive imrpovement over last season though. I'm dreading it being to dragged out though, according to Andy it is the longest ever. Although unlikely, I'm still holding out hope for a Jill/Bethenny return next season. I would just love to see how they act to Aviva's craziness.
