No they don't at all.
There is no 'set price depending on ratings'. The price is dictated also by the brand and audience. For example a show where the brand and audience is compatible with products where huge amounts of advertising money is spent then there is a higher premium for that slot.
Bravo don't decide where to put an advert but they do decide a price. A price which is calculated on more than just ratings. For example if it's a show where the audience are big cosmetic consumers they know they can ask for a higher price because the cosmetic industry spend millions on advertising. Where if it's a show where the audience are big tractor consumers then they have to lower their price because that is an industry that doesn't spend millions on advertising.
That's not to say ratings aren't important and of course they bring in the dough but the fact is if New York, OC or Beverley Hills had Atlanta's ratings there would be a bigger premium charged for advertising slots because advertisers will pay more for brands with white women because white women represent a much bigger buying demographic. That's why OC, New York and Beverley Hills will always have more investment when struggling and why they'll never be so quick to give them up.
Of course Atlanta brings in the money with the ratings they get and there is still a huge black buying demographic in the US but still it is smaller. As such there isn't that premium so cash is more solely dependent on the bigger ratings.
That's also why New York, the OC and Beverley Hill sells better abroad because most western countries don't have as big a black consumer demographic like the US does.
And I'm not trying to say black people only sell to black people and white people only sell to white. Of course that's not the case but when someone who we relate to promotes something it has more power. Advertisers pay for the brands where their biggest consumer are represented.
And I'm not saying Bravo aren't worried about New Yorks ratings or aren't trying to do everything to get them back up, just that when Andy Cohen says it's not being cancelled it's not hard to understand why. And why they will continue to invest in the show.

”
but no one is going to film with her next season BUT if Sheree comes back then maybe they will both team up together. There has been alot of sheree being mentioned this season and they even showed her in that flashback in this episode. Something tells me she will be back either just part time or full time but for her return to work I would want her back as Full time HW.
