I liked this part of the reunion. I feel like more of the cast got involved and loved seeing Luann stick it to Ramona.
Aviva came into her own as well. I'm not looking forward to Ramona turning on her next week though, as annoying as Aviva can be, this season and reunion has seemed like a bit of witch-hunt for her. The only one who has a legit reason for being mad at her is Carole, and maybe Luann for trying to cause crap by inviting Miss America (or USA?).
Luann is owning this reunion. She deserves a bigger paycheck than the other 6.
Carole/Heather/Kristen are beginning to come off a little bit like mean girls, to me anyway, with the constant jumping in for each other. Every argument is like a 3 on 1.
The eye rolling and facial expressions were hilarious though, especially when Luann said "Karmas a bitch" to Ramona. Heather couldn't believe it.
Interestingly, Ramona spoke out about what she blamed the poor ratings on. She said this:
“I think some of the new women — they’re nice and they’re wonderful, and they’re smart and they’re great — but they’re not big enough personalities. And that’s what makes it not so interesting. Before it was me, Sonja, Bethenny, Jill — four huge personalities. Yet this season, there’s seven women but there’s only two big personalities — Sonja and I. We need two more big personalities. Two people can’t carry the show.”
I agree with her completely. I hope she can speak sense in to the producers. I have a feeling her refusing to speak about her marriage at the reunion is an attempt to get the producers to cough up more money for her to reveal next season - especially, with the ratings down which will mean another pay cut. She's a savvy business woman so I wouldn't put it past her.
Sonja is a big personality but she's run her course, unless she can pull herself together that is. If she can, I'd love to see her and Luann return, they've been the most interesting part of this reunion.
If Aviva could string some decent solo scenes (like when she visited the farm), and seem less stiff and rehearsed, she could easily be a major lead on the show.
Heather has the potential to be a good lead on the show as well. I get the feeling she doesn't care whether she does the show or not though, which is possibly what why she doesn't come off as a big personality. Carole and Kristen just don't have it though. I'd be intrigued to see Heather without those 2.
It's sounds like Ramona is nudging Andy/Bravo to bring Jill back and try bring Bethenny back. If that is the case, it's clear she realises that the show is up shxt creek without a paddle, because no way would she want Jill back unless it was a last resort - someone don't wanna lose that Bravo paycheck.
