Erika is pretty much saving BH this season, everything else is such a bore. But things should get more interesting, I guess, when all the ladies confront Yolanda.

The super trailer for S6 of Mob Wives is out and it looks amazing! Very sad it's the last season but I'm hoping another network picks it up.

NJ is well and truly filming, cameras were filming at Teresa's house from the minute she got out and they were filming on Xmas Eve.

Just binged wartched a few episodes whilst in the states. Atlanta seems on form and I'm really warming to Phaedra again. Beverley Hills is a bit Meh however Vanderpump Rules just seems nastier than ever this season (which is a shame as I used to love Lisa). James and Jax are really off the scale this year and why is Kristen back? (apart from the drama). Guess I answered my own question there!!!

Couldn't agree with you more. I only watched episode 1 of Atlanta but somewhat caught up the other day (I'm now up to episode 5) and it's the complete reverse of last year.
Last year I had no patience for Atlanta which was their worst season IMO, Yet BH was on top form. This year however, Atlanta reigns supreme.
I am also loving Phaedra again this year, her talking heads are so funny.
The show has definitely improved since 'Donald Trump' left the building, which makes me wonder why they felt the need for her to return.
I like Kim Fields as she is completley different to any of the other Atlanta women, however I think the way she is shocked by everything will wear thin pretty quickly, I mean she did watch the show before she signed up, right?
I am actually looking forward to my hangover tomorrow as my backside will be on the sofa with leftover buffet food and catching up on the rest of the episodes, maybe with some hair of the dog.

All up to date with the housewives now and BH is not doing anything for me this season. It is funny, but where is the drama? Is this storyline with Yolanda's lyme disease all they have for the whole season? If so, I may have to turn off as it's just pathetic.
I will be incredibly surprised if Kim and Brandi aren't back next year. I don't really want either of them to be, but it just really isn't working without the drama for me.
The last episode of Atlanta had me in tears. How adorable is Ayden? When he was saying to Phaedra he will always be her baby, I completley lost it.
Moments like this, that are genuinely real is what I love about these shows. Made up crap about munchausens...... less so.

Yay - BH season 6 starts in UK this week - very unusual to get it so soon! I actually prefer drama free shows so can't wait to see it minus BG and KR. I far preferred the early OC shows where there was less fighting.

Mob Wives - chuffed that Big Ang has Miami Monkey spin off show starting this week, her cancer has returned/spread which is sad.

Are any of the women on the Housewives shows genuinely wealthy? I think there's a lot of grifting - particularly in the Jersey show.

Outside of New York, Beverly Hills, and half the Orange County cast? No.

The only cast I couldn't decipher if they were actually wealthy or not was Miami.

The Miami cast ranked just slightly under the Beverley Hills cast in terms of total wealth. Lea's wealth is second to Lisa Vs (the richest wife) and Cristy and Alexia are top 10 with Lisa maybe just outside. And when it came to the lower levels of each cast I think Miami does better than Beverley Hills. Although still wealthy the actresses (Lisa R, Kim, Eileen) and model (who didn't marry a multi-millionaire property developer followed by multi millionaire record producer) are the poor relations somewhat in Beverly Hills and don't do quite as well as the lower bracket of Miami housewife.

Yes Lea Black is really wealthy. Funnily enough the richest ATL housewife (at the time) was DeShawn Snow. Kandi is obviously the richest now, I read somewhere that she took home $35m from just her "toyline" last year, that obviously doesnt count other investments and money she makes from royalties.

NJ they're all mortgaged out to the max hence why most of them have/are in foreclosure. NYC thyre all rich. Kristen's husband is worth $20m and they still rent their apartment. NYC rich isnt the same as elsewhere.

I'm not so sure about LisaV's wealth. Her restaurant documents got released as part of a court case and are barely turning a profit. She's got bank but I doubt it's as high as it is reported. The sources stating that she was worth $65mill were the sames one saying Adrienne was worth $300mill. I'm pretty sure Adrienne was the richest BH housewife when the show started anyway, that's what the hype around having a Maloof on the show was about.

Eileen is definitely in the high end of housewives. Her Malibu home alone is worth $10mill+ and Yoyo is definitely up there. She got a lot in the divorce from Mohammed, in terms of assets and she got around $5mill in cash - plus they just sold the Malibu house (which I believe was in her name) for around $20mill. Kim and Brandi were obviously broke, alongside Ms Armstrong. However, I'm pretty sure Joanna was broke on Miami (didn't her LA home get foreclosed?). I can never tell with Adrianna, Alexia, Karent or Ana though. RHOM Lisa married her money, I'm pretty sure if he left her she wouldn't have a penny.

For sure NJ are the broke ones of the lot. They are all, other than Caroline, appearing to be living beyond their means.

Yes I read that Lisa V is nowhere as rich as people think, remember the fuss when Camille/Brandi saying that Lisa doesnt even own her restaurants outright. I remember in those documents it also showed that they have a lot of bank loans/mortgages on those businesses. I would go as far to say that the NYC Hws are the richest. Carol's apartment in TriBeCa must've been costly. Heather lives in one of the most exclusive buildings hence why shes not allowed to film there, and also her husband has a very successful property development firm, Ramona and LuAnn both have a lot of money. The more I think about it the more I believe they might be the richest franchise.

I get what you're saying but I reckon Beverly Hills just beat them. Especially, when you think of Adrienne, Carlton, Camille and Ericka's bank. Kyle's bank must be pretty healthy considering the Agency and Mo have taken off in luxury real estate.

Plus, I'm sure Sonja's negative net worth cuts the New York ones back lol.

Atlanta has topped the ratings nearly every week this season. It's well deserved. Disappointed at the lack of Sheree but it was great to have Marlo back again...and Peter!

Beverly Hills had a good episode. I really like Ericka. It's a shame the women chose to come after Yolanda because had they rallied around her, her storyline could have been quite a powerful one. LOL at Kyle getting the house and bringing up the Kim stuff to overshadow LisaV on her weekend. The next episode look like another good one. I feel like Yolanda should have gotten a spinoff though, she's never with the group.

Well that's kinda why they are so rich. Not owning a business outright isn't the sign of not being able to afford it, particularly in the risky restaurant/bar trade.

They hold 51% of a business which gives them an overriding vote but then if they do go under they only take half the hit. Where the other partner/s have little to no power but if it all goes to pot have to suffer half the consequence (minus a measly 1%).

To be able to go into a partnership where you get 51% you have to have a bit of clout and money behind you.

With Brandi and Kim now gone Eileen is in fact at the bottom. While having the social standing of an acting career the pay isn't great and she's also married to an actor turn tv host. Her home might be worth $10mil but you kinda feel it's more she worked hard to get a mortgage and pay her bills to make a nice home as opposed to the richer Beverley Hill types with big investment portfolios and the means to pay upfront in full.

Lisa Rinna is worth a bit more because she's a bit more shameless when it comes to endorsement deals (which can often make a actress more in a day than their actual acting career).

Yes but I still don't think they're as rich as people think just because of the amount of loans/mortgages they have. They are wealthy because of their assets but probably don't have as much "coin in the bank" as people would assume.

Iv been watching Melbourne on itvBe and bloody love it! It's the funniest HWs show there is IMO. I can't warm to jackie at all but I love Gina, gamble chyka and I think pettifleur is nuts!
