So true. I do have a guilty longing to see how Sheree has fallen from grace ( her entitlement was epic, but unlike Nene and Kim she never actually DID anything, expected her ex to cough up the money she'd already got out of him!)
But Kandi and Phaedra are great telly watching, as is Kenya. She may have a screw loose but she's become hilarious to watch. May a search for a husband ( not a fake one ) long continue. After all she was Miss America/USA I think she said, once or twice.

Ratings wise, and don't quote me on it, but I think Atlanta is the highest rated, by quite a long way.

and yeah tally your right, Atlanta is the most popular franchise, I think it was last weeks ep, or the one before, it got something like 4 million viewers. Deservedly so though, its far and away my fave franchise. daisiesfan was right when they said it gets better and better with every addition to the cast. Regarding DeShawn, I liked her in season 1 but its no surprise she wasnt asked back after, she didnt really set the show alight. Season 2 is when Kandi joins, and shes wonderful. Shes one of my fave housewives over all the franchises, and then season 3 we have fabulous Phaedra, and now in season 5 we have Kenya. The show just goes from strength to strength with the cast.

I got one of my friends watching Atlanta on ITV2, and she totally fell in love with it, so much so that she couldnt wait and has started getting all the later seasons online. She was shocked that she loved it more than Beverly Hills. She called me up the other night literally in tears of laughter at Sheree and her insane delusions

Moving onto New York Im sure I read somewhere that Luann said they were waiting to start shooting as Bravo dont want to shoot another winter in NY, they want spring/summer and to see the ladies out and about in the Hamptons, etc again. They have to start filming soon though surely? I mean NY started in June last year, but clearly thats not going to be the case this year, Im not sure what else is due to start shooting soon except Beverly Hills season 4, and maybe season 3 of Miami?

It does look like all the ladies from last season will be back in NY though, and possibly with a new addition. As much as Id like to see Jill return, I dont think theres any chance, Bravo/Andy would have to admit they were wrong to get rid of her and theres no way that will happen.

Im on S3 now of New Jersey and i have to say i miss Danielle I found her entertaining with all the drama and with her comments about 'Protection, B*tch etc ' 'It only takes one smack to the head for you not to walk again

Im not a fan of Melissa or her husband. And i cant believe the two Kims especially Ar*e licker Kim G are back they are so desperate to be on the show. Im loving Teresa though this season i find her quite warming and she still had funny one liners.

This weeks' Atlanta is a complete and utter hoot. I'm still laughing. Although Phaedra was a complete biatch to Kenya, and for once I'm on Kenya's side.

The girls travel to Vegas while Nene has to film so will catch up with them by flying first class while our plebs take a bus. I love how they start of so full of beans and as subtitles flash up as to how long they've been travelling they get more and more jaded, Nene swans in to her penthouse in full on AAA* diva mode. I swear she thinks she is the reincarnation of Marilyn Monroe. She's so OTT it cant possibly be serious.

They end up going to a strip joint ( minus Porsha, as she doesn't want to go) where Nene regales them and us viewers with her experiences as a stripper. See Melissa, Jacqueline, this is how you handle being an ex stripper. With humour and gusto. Especially as how she got Greg to realise that's how she earned her living. I'm sure the state of New Jersey wouldn't collapse if you owned your past.
Nene is going to have to watch it though. She's walking a fine line between comedy gold and obnoxiousness in my view, but as it was comedy gold this week, I'll give her a pass.

Now, here's my beef. They all confront Porsha as they think the only reason that she didn't go was because her MCP of a husband controls her. Well maybe he does, gawd knows he's obnoxious enough, but maybe, just maybe SHE doesn't want to.

I went to a strip joint about 30 years ago and I couldn't wait to get out. I hated it, it just wasn't for me. I wouldn't go and see The Chippendales either. As for Kandi's sex toys, forget it, although Nene's observation on walking around with jangly balls inside you turned me into an idiot crying with laughter. Girl has a great way of expressing herself!
I so agree with her. I don't think I'm a prude but strip joints and sex toys don't float my boat or whatever. Leave Porsha alone, even if she's dumb.

And here's where Miss Phaedra lets herself down. The next night they are having a great fun night playing truth or advice games and Kenya has had it, quite rightly, up to here with Phaedra's sly digs. She writes a question down about her now non friendship with Phaedra who answers her back in such a nasty way it took even my breath away. What a cow. Nobody should have to put up with being humiliated like that. (It was basically dissing her sex life with Walter, but said so spitefully).
It shut the rest of them up, that's for sure.

Anyway, far too many hilarious moments precede this to write down, but if you haven't watched it yet, you're in for a treat.
But for this week, I'm on Team Kenya.

It seems a bit try hard for me... so yes so her.

I do like Kenya but how long can she go on like this? I mean her only storyline is she's the crazy woman who keeps trying and failing to make story-lines for herself. Which is actually a great storyline but surely it can't go on much longer.

She pretty much concocted every single real housewife story going to the point where next season she'll be having to pay a guy to marry her and then kill himself.

I mean she's less to work with than Sheree did. No husband, no boyfriend, no family except for that aunt, no job other than 'ex pageant winner', no real friends on the show, her rival Porsha is now moving on with her own storyline, her other rival Phaedra will undoubtedly be moving on to her next storyline soon. Where does that leave Kenya? I'm struggling to see.

At least Kenya isn't doing a Sheree. She's making her loot while she can. Got to love the craziness.

According to the American blogs her fitness video is outselling Phaedras' one. Good for her. Phaedra has a great line in adlibs ( there's some beauties this week....eg "We may not be lawyers or doctors but one thing we always need is dummies"...) directed at Kenya/Porsha of course, but beauty is not one of her assets. She's small, dumpy and needs to get a decent bra rather than squashing her assets as high as she can so they are nearly knocking her out! Meeeoww. Told you I'm temporarily Team Kenya.

That video may just be the worst HoWives one ever. Although there's no way I'm going to test my theory by looking up Kim or Lu's. My ears would bleed.

Well it wasn't dissing her sex life... there was no sex life.

It was Phaedra attacking Kenya for lying about her fake boyfriend. For the past two episodes Phaedra has been dropping so many hints she knows that Walter was never Kenya's boyfriend and it was all made up.

She knows Kenya doesn't give two hoots about Walter, however she knows Kenya has put herself in a position where she has to pretend she does. So she going in for the kill.

Phaedra is obviously bitter but Kenya has created this rod for her own back. Kenya has lied about all this stuff and Phaedra knows this and is now using the lies as a basis to attack her. Phaedra knows she's not hurting Kenya by dissing her sex life with her ex boyfriend, she hurting Kenya by dissing a sex life Kenya made up... by turning Kenya's bs against her.

I get your point and agree that Kenya has been/is stupid, but I thought that Phaedra's comment was beyond the pale and in the last couple of episodes Phaedra has come across as really mean spirited.
As her own ethics and life outside the HoWives gets more and more exposed.... alleged criminal activities, embezellment etc ( all tied up with Apollo's shady past) I'm getting a bit tired of her superior sneering down the nose attitude. I want the funny, witty Phaedra back, not the Mean Girl.

Well it goes beyond stupid.

It's her lies. She's trying to gain sympathy over her lies about her fake boyfriend, her non existent production company and whatever else she's pretending at.

Phaedra is being a bit mean girly and totally bitter but she attacking the lies Kenya is telling to gain not only sympathy for herself but also to put the other women down.

Kenya attempted to defraud Phaedra by posing as a producer to con her out of money (though the actual intention was probably more about giving her a storyline). This became abundantly clear when the actual professionals saw the business plan Kenya proposed. Kenya then made out like she was the one who was hard done by, using Cynthia and her fantasy housewives business as some sort of back-up to prove it. Phaedra might very well be a con artist but in this case it was Kenya attempting the con.

And then after failing to con Phaedra she decided to take the idea for herself.

On the scale of things a bitchy comment about a non-existent sex life is small fry... but this is real housewives world where ethics seem to operate in a totally different way to the rest of the world.

So the Beverly Hills ladies are still in Paris. The group take a relaxing boat trip down the Seine River. There's relief all round to see Kim is back to her stable self. At this point Kyle is insisting she wasn't drinking but she can't quite work out why her sister was behaving so oddly. The group then have dinner and discuss their Paris highlights. Surprisingly, Brandi and Kim seemed to have bonded quite a bit on this trip. For some this might be a little strange (remember the ''slut pig'' moment last season?) but it is nice to see Kim happy and content with that.

Meanwhile, back in Beverly Hills Lisa and Ken have decided to renew their vows after 30 years of marriage. That's unheard of in 90210 so of course they have to make a huge deal out of it! So who's the best man to plan the event? Kevin Lee! ''Beverly Hills darling! Chi chi chi chi chi!'' Of course, it just had to be him. The Vanderpumps are so OTT and ooze fabulosity that drafting in a ''Fronk''-type wedding planner is the norm.

Yolanda is doing a photoshoot for a magazine in Asia and her creepy husband David Foster is needed for some of the pictures. He's so busy days as he's working with Barbra Streisand tonight and currently producing albums for Rod Stewart and Andrea Bochelli. She'd need to hire a maid just to pick up all the names she's just dropped. For a very shallow moment during the photoshoot all I could think about was Yolanda's hair. She's wearing it down and slightly curled. We've never seen her wear it like this before as David apparently likes her to wear it up. I have no idea why. It suits her far more down.

Marisa pays Kyle a visit to discuss the Paris trip and the recent death of her father-in-law. Marisa wants Mauricio to help sell the Zanuck's mansion. The mansion itself just has so much Hollywood history pieced around it. This is why the Beverly Hills housewives seems a lot more authentic - the money is REAL. No stealing from Paul to pay Peter in a bid to look rich for a TV crew. No bankruptcies and foreclosures lurking anywhere. The mansion is suggested to list at a cool $23 million. Loose change for a Maloof or a Vanderpump!

Elsewhere, Taylor makes an appearance and she goes to visit her old friend (some people will be disappointed to read this) DANA! The whole premise behind this meeting is so obvious to me. They want to portray Dana as the bitter woman who was shunned from the group - it's something that will spurn Taylor on to re-evaluate her friendships. A producer has clearly plied Dana with alcohol and told her she could smoke on-camera. Nobody has ever been seen smoking on this show so it really sticks out. But then it helps portray Dana in a poor light. She's bitter and bitches about Brandi who she believes doesn't fit into the group at all. It's all quite sad and desperate but the goal is to push Taylor into doing something. More on that in a bit...

So it's the big opening for Kyle's boutique. It's in stark contrast to Lisa's restaurant opening last season. We saw Lisa heavily involved in that in comparison. Kyle seems to have spent more time doing her own hair and make-up that when she turns up to the store just before the grand opening it seems like she's never even been inside the place! So ALL the housewives attend the event. Possibly the only event this entire season that everyone's been to. The Maloofs arrive and the tension between them is plain for all to see. Their usual nitpicking and little squabbling is gone - it's just icy and cold!

Elsewhere at the party, Taylor takes Yolanda aside. She wants to discuss the tittle tattle that has been spreading around the group. Taylor is completely honest that her problems only stem from what her friend (David's ex-wife) has been saying about him. She admits it was all just a one-sided opinion and she didn't meet him again with an open mind. Now the previews for this moment were very misleading. It came across like Taylor and Yolanda had a big argument. At best, Yolanda just got a little irritated. Why? I have no idea. Taylor was being honest, admitting she was wrong and even complimenting her husband. That is what Yolanda is getting offended at. She needs to learn that Taylor doing that (taking some responsibility) is a big thing and she needs to take it.

Anyway, what party in Beverly Hills would be complete without a good old cry in a corner from the Richards sisters?! Kim reveals that she was mixing up her medications so that's why she seemed out of it. Of course Kyle has to drag up the past and cry about HER fears and how it all affected HER. I feel sorry for Kim. I think Kyle was probably one of the big reasons why she continued to drink in the first place!

Yall want to make me watch the new Atlanta so much! But I just don't have the time but I'm watching on ITV2 and it's growing, still along way behind BH, NJ & NY though.

Paris ended on a lovely note. Love seeing Kim happy. What Brandi said about Kim and her bonding being her best thing of the trip was adorable and you could tell Kim genuinely was touched by it. Let's hope these two keep being friends, I love it when they're lovers and not haters.

Brandi and Yolanda. Love these two! I'm thinking it may be a case of move over Lisa, Yolanda's in town. Was definitely sweet of her to buy Brandi those killer shoes. I'm so glad Brandi is taking a back seat and leaving the drama, I was beginning to fear she was going to go overboard but I love this Brandi!

Lisa and Ken, they need a knighthood for being married that long in the Beverly Hills climate. I think on average people have had 3/4 divorces there. No doubt their vow renewals will be fabulously over the top in true Vanderpump style. Also, Kevin Lee is what I would imagine Giggy to be in human form with his over the top flamboyantness.

Yolanda's photoshoot..Wow! I've never noticed how hot she is. Tamra Barney may be eating her words in the corner from when she said housewives don't come hotter. David is an odd ball for sure. I haven't liked him since the dinner party. Yolanda done her weekly name dropping session just incase we had forgot since last week that her husband works with Barbara Streisand, Andrea Bocelli...etc..etc..etc.

Dana was back and my god was she stitched up by the producers! I feel bad for her as after the reunion I liked her a little. But anyway, she's clearly off her face and going on about how she hates Brandi which I think is the producers attempt at making it look like she's jealous Brandi got to be a housewive and she never. She probably is mind you, most people would be though. It was like they tried to portray her as desperate to be on the show and made it look as if she was trying to be Brandi by talking about sex and alcohol and all that. Poor Taylor (Yay she's back) looked so uncomfortable and like she was dying inside for her friend and secretly wishing she'd stop speaking. The rest of the conversation is basically just Dana telling her to watch her back from the other lady's. One thing I did agree with Dana that she flagged up is that it was Adrienne who introduced Brandi and she's the reason they're all friends.

Kyles party. Adrienne turns up, I was happy to see her but I was kind of hoping it was her send-off episode but it wasn't. Queen Camille turned up which I was so happy about! Still gutted she wont be back next season.

The Taylor and Yolanda scene was very disappointing. The editing was very clever in the preview to build it up as something it wasn't. Loved how Taylor was owning her shit. Yolanda on the other hand..girl shut up and let her speak. It's a miracle she's even saying anything positive about him because we've all yet to see it.

Kim and Kyle for once got on but of course it was them both trying to outdo each other by repeating how they felt and how it affected them personally with a total disregard of the others feelings. Not to forget the almighty blubbering that always happens with these two. Kim revealed she took the wrong meds and that's what made her pull the weird faces and slur her words in Paris. All in all though it was a good step forward for the sisters. One thing that does irk me about Kim is that everyone always tells her how good she looks but I don't think she ever says it back.

Next week it looks like Adrienne is going to be portrayed as the villain as it's the beginning of the end for her and Paul...

Oh dear God, Ive just seen this. Its (gone with the wind) fabulous! I totally agree, its so Kenya, OTT, camp and such fun! At least shes putting it all out there for us to see.

Loved the drag queen Porscha at the beginning. Too funny, and Kenya's panto villain cackle when she twirls her into the pool. Im sure Phaedra will have something to say about her little homage though and there was even a cameo for Miss Lawrence!!

I havent had a chance to catch this weeks Atlanta or Beverly Hills yet, but going by the fab recaps, Ive got good stuff to look forward to!

Just a couple of random thoughts: Lovely to see Camille, Taylor wasn't obnoxious, Yolande was super sexy and sophisticated in her photos and I cant stand her husband. Don't mind at all if Adrienne is portrayed as the devil incarnate and Paul as a saint. I'm so over Adrienne.

Just watched New Jersey season 1 and wow. Classic season. I initially watched Season 3 on Bio and wasn't keen but i'm gonna have to watch season 2 now cos this is vintage Howives.

Ok, so everyone has done such a fab job recapping Beverly Hills and Atlanta this week that I dont think theres much I can add So just a few thoughts......

Atlanta was fab this week. Nene is such a total Diva and I love to watch her It was so funny how she flew to Vegas to meet the ladies, while they were stuck on a bus going more and more stir crazy as the hours passed. Loved it.

I like Porscha, shes not the sharpest tool in the shed, but she seems harmless. To be honest, I think alot of what the other ladies say to her goes right over her head, but must they keep on at her about her hubby?! Personally I think he is a bit on the controlling side, but hey, if shes happy then who cares? It wouldnt be for me, but maybe Porscha is happy in her very gilded cage. From the previews, it looks like he outdoes himself in the douche stakes next ep though!

Also Nene's attitude about being a stripper was hilarious and brilliant. I agree with tally in NJ they throw around the accusation of being a stripper like its akin to murder. Nene could show them a thing or two! and honestly, does anyone even care if Melissa, Jac, etc were strippers?! I dont!

My only downside this ep was Phaedra, usually fabulous, but her comments to Kenya (even if she was pretty spot on) was just so spiteful and we saw a real "mean girl" side to Phaedra. And I adore Phaedra usually. Kenya really has grown on me though and I really enjoy watching her.

Beverly Hills was also brilliant this week LOVE Kevin Lee being back, shi shi beverly hills fabulous dahling! LOVE him.
The Paris trip ended well, and really like Yolanda and Brandi together. Speaking of Yolanda, how fabulous did she look at that photo-shoot? Oh My. She was great and Im really loving Yolanda now. Her hubby still gives me the creeps big time though, and I hate how she turns into this total fan girl around him. Its so weird!

I loved seeing the Zanuck mansion that Marissa enlisted Mauricio to help sell. OMG thats Hollywood glamour right there

Dana was back, all I can say is HOT MESS. Ok, so this smacked of producer set up, but still. She was awful, her tirade against Brandi was SO pathetic, is someone jealous Brandi became a full time Housewife, while she was the most pointless addition, ever?! I think so. She could make those sour grapes into more wine for her to drink. Even Taylor looked mortified for her, but for once she wasnt the biggest train wreck in the room!

Kyles store opening, well I said it, Kaftans are Us! Id love to know who is shopping at that store I really would?! Clearly women who are as big fashion victims as Kyle is. If it isnt a floaty top with a batwing sleeve Kyle isnt in the least interested. And in amongst the hideous fashion, we had the hideous Adrienne. Im literally counting down the days till she is off this show for good. Be gone!
Of course we had Kyle and Kim having a heart to heart, or trying to, really all Kyle did was say how much Kims problems impacted on HER, cos its all about Kyle of course Poor Kim, Kyle is the major issue in her life. If only she would get rid of her sister I think she would be SO much happier.

Next week it seems to be the beginning of the end for Adrienne (about time) and the pitbull (aka Faye Redneck) is being vile as per. Someone get this desperado off this show please.

Ooh and in other news, the Atlanta reunion was filmed yesterday, and apparently Kim was in attendance. I so cant wait for that I love an Atlanta reunion.

Im guessing this will be a part of it Kandi suing Kim Zolciak. I dont blame Kandi, Kim seems to want everything for nothing. Kim acted so shady over payment for that track.
