Signed and dedicated Davood Ghadami (Kush, Eastenders) cast card today. Took around a fortnight.

Last week I received Matt Di Angelo, John Altman and Mimi Keene , does anyone ever have any luck with Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright?.

Danny Dyer has replied to me but I've been waiting about a year for Kellie (and Sam Strike, incidentally). The rest of the Carters replied quite quickly.

I got a reply from Kellie very quickly (like under two weeks) to the point I was surprised at how quick it was. I'm missing Danny Dyer and Sam Strike from my Carter collection.

She must just hate me haha. I have a fresh batch of letter ready to be posted this weekend - haven't sent off since the summer. I hope Pauline McLynn hasn't left as I was hoping to get a reply from her :-/

I sent off For Pauline few weeks ago, so like you I.hope she's not left . Also I wrote to Declan Bennett, but nothing back yet.

If I remember rightly I think Declan took about two months for me.

Its been almost a year and no reply for me from Danny or Kellie

Signed and dedicated cast card from Rebecca Scroggs last week. Took about 3 months. Nice surprise as she has left I think. It had a stamp on and wasnt franked as they usually are from EE

Signed Crystal Yu (Lily, Casualty) cast card today. Took around 8 months or so.

Got 2 today:

Anna Acton!! So happy to get this as I thought I wouldn't get a reply,she sent a personalised signed eastenders cast card and also signed my white card

Amy nuttall she signed both my emmerdale cast cards I sent and also signed my White card

I only got round to sending my pack of letters today - they included Anna Acton and Pauline McLynn so....fingers crossed! Also, I notice Mimi Keene has responded recently - I sent off for her about year a go and still waiting! Same for Kellie Bright and Sam Strike.

I got Mimi the other week. Took a while though

2 replies today - a Holby City card from Jules Knight (undedicated, took just over a year) and an EE card from Davood Ghadami (dedicated, took 2 months).

Since Christmas I have received new Ben Mitchell, Cindy and Kush,

The Carters I am missing are Lee and Jonny, not holding out much hope for Jonny now but you never know!

Hollyoaks card from Jimmy McKenna this morning (dedicated, took four and a half years).

I collected EastEnders cards in the past and want to get back into it, but I can't find the bit on the BBC page that says about sending a self addressed envelope etc. I'm worried that you do need to include a stamp nowadays (and I've sent off my first few requests without...). I can't see anything on that page about sending off for autographs at all, but I might just be looking in the wrong place.

They used to pass on fan mail to people who have left, for six months. Is that still the case?

As far as I know (and from personal experience), they still pay the return postage, so you don't need to put a stamp on the return envelope, and they still pass letters on to former cast members for six months.
