More questions, sorry.

Firstly are the Casualty cast still good at replying? I've looked at the website and have the new address. It says you DO have to include a stamped address now.

Also is there a forum or facebook group anywhere where we can swap cards? I have loads of unsigned cards from a few years ago (and a few signed ones), and there are some i'd like to get.

You should get a reply from most of the Casualty actors sooner or later, though very few of them add a dedication these days. The only current cast members who I've never had a reply from are Derek Thompson and Amanda Mealing. Of the others, the only ones who dedicated were Suzanne Packer, Richard Winsor and William Beck. But that's just my experience.

I don't know of any swap sites. I usually just use eBay to get any cards that are missing from my collection, but only if I'm fairly sure that the actor doesn't reply. If you wanted to send me a private message, I might be able to trade with you at some point though.

I've written to the help desk requesting some older cards so I can send them off when I write to the person, but I don't know what they'll have.

Linda's mum definitely has a card. I've seen it on ebay.

I had quite a quick reply from Jessie when she first came back to EastEnders about five years ago, but I don't know what she's like at replying these days. Samantha Womack is still very, very difficult to get - she hardly ever replies.

I recently got Jessie Wallace, very quick but not dedicated. Still waiting for Samantha Womack, its been about 8 months, so not sure if she will reply at all.

Coronation Street sent me the updated cards for David Neilson, Barbara Knox and Jane Danson. I also asked them if any of the newer cast members (Qasim Akhtar, Sean Ward, Oliver Farnworth, etc) had cast cards, but they didn't send anything.

Don't think so, I haven't seen one for her anywhere.

Yep, they'll usually send whichever cards you ask for.

Yeah she does. In a picture posted on the EE facebook page of Himesh Patel, in the background, you can see her cast card!

I've only ever seen one signed Amanda Casualty card on eBay and that was for a charity auction. She used to be real good at replying when she was in Holby (I've three different style Holby cards all signed by her - and one even dedicated). so hopefully she'll catch up on her mail at some point.

I received a signed and dedicated Samantha Giles (Bernice, Emmerdale) cast card yesterday. I think she must've found an old letter as she'd already replied to my request and I only wrote to her the once.

Same here. Had nothing back from Eastenders for weeks and weeks! Wonder if they are all too busy with the live eps?

Signed and dedicated Beverley Callard (Liz, Coronation Street) cast card today. Took around five months.

I got her yesterday but it was not decdicate and was in a envelope with Les Dennis and Craig Charles. Corrie has done that a few times.

What so you're writing to people individually, and you're getting sent some random selection? You send a stamped envelope to Coronation Street, so that seems really strange. Does this happen anywhere else? I'd like to think that my letters eventually get to who I write them to.

Two cast cards from Kristian Kiehling (Alexs) this week. One from EastEnders and one form his show Verbotene Liebe. Signed, but not dedicated. Took about 3 weeks.
