And how are we meant to get John Bardon's card? They have loads of them left over. Do former cast members take their cards with them? I really want Jonny Labey's because I met him at the meet and greet but the people in charge hadn't bothered to bring his cards along. What about when pets and children get cast cards? I wrote to the helpdesk asking for blank cards but they didn't reply, even to say they don't do that any more.

I did get a reply from Lin Blakley though. I think I'll start writing to cast as soon as they arrive - are Ned Porteous and Alice Nokes sticking around and likely to cards?

I wrote to them and asked them if it was true and then they replied to that,jonny may still have them,many do keep there cast cards,jonny may reply via the play he is doing soon and may send one then or write via agent

Ned and Alice are only in it for a handful of episodes so unlikely to get a cast card unless they return

I am going to write and request autographs anyway as hopefully they will stick around for a while. It would be pointless to bring in two young characters from iconic families for just a few episodes. I have a feeling they will be part of a very big storyline.

I agree, and though Alice did say she was only in a few episodes, people are saying the same of Ned but I haven't seen the evidence. I think it's pointless to dig up EastEnders' biggest ever secret and only have the character around for a short time.

Anyway, I got cards from Nitin Ganatra, Gillian Taylforth and Perry Fenwick today. I've also done a swap with someone (who is possibly on here?) - one of my spare James Bye cards for their spare Kara Tointon! Oh and my Perry card is different to the one I got from the Meet and Greet!

I've not wrote to Ross but wrote to Scott when I first saw he had a new card and not had a reply. I've also written to Tilly Keeper, Jack Derges, Carli Norris, Perry Fenwick and Shaheen Jafagholi all at least around three months ago (Tilly earlier) and not received anything from any of them.

Same here. I have written to them all too, apart from Perry (although hes on my list as he has a new card) The EE replies are just not coming in for me anymore

I received Carli Norris, but nothing from Tilly Keeper.

I recieved perrys new one the other day but gutted that i still havent had a reply from ross kemp,sent him a blank cast card i had from years ago and now found hes got a brand new cast card now and replying to people

I am not going to go and see her in a musical just to get an autograph.

Hollyoaks - signed cards from Karl Collins and Richard Linnell

When did you write to Shayne Ward? Haven't had a response so was considering writing again.

I wrote in September 2015, and got the autograph in June 2016. So it took roughly 9 months.

To be honest, I'm not surprised EastEnders have stopped issuing cast cards. I see too often on Twitter & Instagram fans being greedy requesting cast cards over and over again. I'm afraid some people have ruined it for others. Why people need 10 cast cards of the same person, I'll never know. A shame.

Signed and dedicated EE card from Tilly Keeper today. Very happy with this one after the Eastenders drought I've been on.

The consequences of Aiden's dalliance with Maria might take roughly 9 months too.

Had a Casualty card from Chloe Howman on Saturday (took about 6 months) and a dedicated Hollyoaks card from Juan Pablo Yepez today (took 7 weeks).

I also sent a photo for him to sign a while ago, but heard nothing.

My EastEnders drought its over! Carli Norris (Belinda) arrived today, a signed and dedicated cast card and also a blank cast card I requested. Took just over 2 weeks. Also had a reply from Tanya Franks.
