Are they still limiting 1 card per person? When you send via agent are they likely to send out a cast card or other promotional pictures?
Last time I wrote it was still 1 card per person, yes.

If you write via agent, they'll send you the same cast card they would send if you wrote to the Hollyoaks address. Unless they've run out of cards, which Hollyoaks seems to do quite often - I don't think they do very big print runs.

Success! I am gald he received your letter and has given you his autograph. It is also nice of the staff at the theatre to confirm everything is hand, as the post at Christmas is a bit slower than usual.
Yeah the staff at the Marlowe where really nice as i went there and the Kept us Updated if he was coming
i never got chance to meet him.

the sercurity guard took our name and number and we gave her the Program and 2 castcards i had.

Still a success as she Kept her Promise and he signed it

I got a Chritsmas card from Lorna Fitzgerald (Abi, EE) in 2008. I didn't ask for it, it seems she was sending them out to everyone she replied to around Christmas time.

Had three replies yesterday - an old cast card back from Laila Morse that I sent her to sign (dedicated, took a month), an old cast card that I sent to Lindsey Coulson to sign (dedicated, took 2 weeks) and a reply from Jessie Wallace (dedicated, took 3 weeks) - I had sent Jessie one of Kat's old cards, but she didn't return it and just sent me her current card in a different envelope.

I wrote to him at this address:

Lime Management
Nemesis House
1 Oxford Court
Bishopsgate
Manchester
M2 3WQ

That was about 4 months ago, haven't had a reply yet.
Does anyone know Rob Norbury (Riley in Hollyoaks) agent address. I'm going to write to the Hollyoaks address too but if heard that its usually hard to get a response from the Hollyoaks address
Try:

Nemesis Management
Nemesis House
1 Oxford Court
Bishopsgate
Manchester
M2 3WQ

That's his modelling agency, and is a different company from Lime Management, although in the same building. Click here for his Nemesis page (the second photo is especially beautiful) I have no idea if it's a more successful address, but it's certainly a (slightly) different one!

For a list of who's where in panto, click here then go to "diary".

It is interesting that Rachel still has some Corrie cards just over a year after she was written out. It was nice of her to send one out after all this time.

3 this morning - an agency photo from Rik Makarem (dedicated, took a month), an old Family Affairs card back from Jemma Walker (dedicated, took 5 weeks) and a Christmas card from John Pickard (took two months - he sent it because he'd run out of photos, though I sent him a Hollyoaks card to sign, I guess he lost it).

Joanna Lumley replied to me. I sent her a flyer for her new play, already signed by Robert Lindsay, and she returned it countersigned in six days. She's always a good un.

Has there been any new Coronation Street cast cards yet? The last one I've seen is Peter Gunn. (I'm wondering about Tony Hirst, Natalie Gumede, or Nikki Patel)

Also is it worth it to get updated cards of actors you already have? I know that there are new cards for Michael Le Vell and Mikey North, but are they worth it to get them if you already have them. I did get Sally's two cards, but I thought it would be nice as one was "Sally Whittaker" and the other was "Sally Dynevor.". I mean look at Paula Lane. She has two cards and it's from the same photo shoot except she's just turned in a different direction.

I always try to collect all the different cards, even if it's the same actor with two different designs. But I'm a bit of a completist and hate having gaps in my collection. I haven't seen any new Corrie cards since Peter Gunn, no.

Anyway, this morning I had another reply from John Pickard, this time sending back the Hollyoaks card I sent to him (dedicated, took two months) and also a Hollyoaks actor card from Victoria Atkin with a lovely message on it (dedicated, took two and a half months).

I'm really surprised by how many replies I've been getting this week - this time last year, I got no replies at all, so I was expecting the week leading up to Christmas to be bad, but it's been my best week in ages.

Sorry, that last bit sounded very smug. I'll probably get nothing for the next month now I've said that.

People's workloads are winding down for Christmas, and they're taking the opportunity to catch up on correspondence and clear their desks out. I had a ton of TTM autographs this time last year.

Yes, that's true. It's just that I'd only ever seen autograph collectors saying that this wasn't a very good time of year, and last year was particularly bad for me.

Anyway, this morning I had a Hollyoaks card from Tamaryn Payne (undedicated - and actually unsigned as she'd just used the pre-printed autograph to sign it - took 5 weeks).

Writing to people at theatres often gets good results. It means the letter will be sitting in their dressignr okm when they arrive at work, instead of having to be forwarded to them from an agent, etc.

Panto is pretty hard work. Two shows a day. That means that panto actors are likely to spend a lot of time with feet up in dressing room, trying to relax. They may deal with their fanmail there and then. Of course, everybody is different.

Joanna Lumley is currently replying to fanmail sent to her theatre in about a week. i actually haven't written to anyone this panto season as i haven't got myself into gear. All I can add is that Glynis Barber has taken six moths to reply to me on the three-or-four occasions i have tried her (c/o agent, theatre, Emmerdale and EastEnders).
