When writing to the eastenders cast did u post them all off in one big envolope?.and if so is it cheaper doing it that way?.do you address it to the eastenders helpdesk and just write the actors name on the autograph request envolope?
I sent one off to david witts (joey) and Jacq Jossa (Lauren) today as I am going to start collecting so would love to know this also

I put them in 3 envelopes. 11 in each. Much cheaper. Just put the eastenders address. No need to write the help desk on the envelope.

I want to write to Jacqueline Jossa and Lorna Fitzgerald.

I'll do a self-addressed envelope for each actress and include them in one larger envelope but does it need to be stamped? I heard that EE will do that but maybe rules have changed. Would it be too paranoid of me to stamp them myself?

I was thinking of writing to Kierston Wareing (Kirsty). Not sure if she'd have castcards yet though.

Before Christmas I wrote to June Brown, Ann Mitchell and Letitia Dean, heard nothing so far but I'll give it time.

I've only ever written to the Helpdesk for Neighbours, but they pay the postage their end.

I always thought it was a bit expensive (for me) to send letters to individual actors, so just write to thew Helpdesk who are happy to send out signed cast cards (although they wouldn't be personalised).

Had 2 replies this morning - a dedicated Waterloo Road card from Melanie Hill (took 10 months) and a set of 10 signed cards from the Waterloo Road helpdesk (took about 10 weeks).

Had an Emmerdale card from Emma Atkins this morning. It was dedicated, with a really lovely long letter, and took 14 months.

On Tuesday I sent to everyone in corrie( I already have about 25 of the current cast but I cant tell who has got new cards.)
Today I got my first one. Lisa George(Beth) dedicated with note thanking me for my letter on the back.
I also got some blank cards from the eastenders helpdesk on Wednesday. All times x2 and all of recently departed past cast.
Will be sending off Emmerdale on Monday hopefully.
Also do you have to stamp the SAE when sending to Waterloo road?

I don't know if you have to, but I always put a stamp on anyway.
