because they used to have their management contact addresses on their website before they moved.

In my experience, they just send you a few signed cards, even if you request specific ones. They don't reply very quickly and sometimes they don't reply at all.
I have tried writing to actors at that address, and I just receive a signed undedicated card and a generic letter from the press office in return. So if you want a letter to get to an actor, it's better to go via their agent, but if you just want some undedicated signed cards, then it's worth a try but don't expect to get the ones you ask for.
I hope that made sense.

Had a Coronation Street card and letter from Marc Baylis this morning. Dedicated, took just under 6 months.
Wrote to Emmerdale just before Christmas asking for any new cards since 17th July 2012 (the last time I received any), on 8th January 2013 I received the 3 latest cards - new Alan, Sandy and Val cards. They told me they were the only cards since July but more were due to be done soon. Now the new ITV logo has just been launched I suspect new cards to start being released in the next few weeks.
Can't remember if I said in this thread already or not that I received an un-dedicated Tom Lister card (his January 2012 one, not his June 2012 one) on 16th November 2012. I wrote to him on 23rd March 2012.

Lovely reply from Marc Baylis today. He dedicated the 10x8 I sent wrote a little letter and also sent a dedicated cast card. took about 6 months

Patti Clare( Mary) and Andrew Whyment (Kirk) from coronation street. Both took 7 days and Patti had a message saying thanks for letter , keep watching and was dedicated. Andrews was also dedicated and said best Wishes.

One today. Marc Baylis(Rob from Coronation street.) Took 8 days. It is dedicated and also says best wishes. I've had five from corrie in just over a week while I sent the eastenders five days before.and have only had a reply from the helpdesk so I hope they do distribute the letters sent in packages..

I sent a letter to the Eastenders helpdesk on Tuesday - I asked for any new cards (I think I asked for Shirley, Poppy, Max, Masood, Dot and Tiffany if they had them, and Kirsty, Ayesha, Ava and Dexter if they'd had theirs printed yet). This morning I got Shirley and Poppy's new cards, and Kirsty and Ayesha's. I guess none of the others have been printed yet.

Sent off a batch load to various soaps on Monday and received my first one back today. Signed and dedicated Corrie card from Lisa George (Beth) with a little note on the back of the card.

Sue Nichols and Peter Gunn from coronation street. Both with notes on the back and personalised. I have received 7 corrie ones in just 11 days.
And Letitia Dean. Very surprised with that as when I collected before she was super rare.
